So, I ordered through the Panera Bread app and chose to have my order delivered to me. I love Panera Bread and this is the first time this season I’ve had the chance to order, so I was excited! We used to frequent Panera and were excited when they came to Maple Valley. We've unfortunately had nothing but bad experiences. Hair in food, incorrect orders, safety issues with cream cheese, missing items, rude staff. They can't give refunds over the phone, so they say they'll send vouchers. We've never received a voucher when it was promised. Today we had another awful customer service experience with a wrong order. No apology... very condescending. Just disappointing.
