Tried Roaring Indian in Maple Valley and loved it! The masala dosa was incredible, and all of the sauces were so flavorful and delicious. I also really appreciated that they have gluten-free and dairy-free options. Such a great addition to Maple Valley, definitely excited to go back!
Just had an excellent meal/cocktails tonight with my wife and infant son. Great food, very generous portions (we easily have lunch for tomorrow for the both of us) and quick, friendly service. Our waitress (whose name I regrettably don’t remember) was excellent and provided us with great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back. Fantastic addition to the greater Covington/Maple Valley area.
It was our second visit to Roaring Indian in Maple Valley yesterday and once again, it was a fantastic experience.
On our previous visit, we tried the lamb confit, Pondi ghee shrimp, Quilon beef rolls, fresh garlic naan, and masala dosa - everything was absolutely delicious and really showcased their modern Indian menu.
