Wow, where to begin? I know—how about the little lady with glasses who speaks in a whisper and always has a smile on. I know you know the one. The one who awkwardly whisper-yells to the line that they need to have their ID ready, even if there’s only one person in line with no alcohol. She’s the one who will wait until you get to the counter and then conveniently need to go do something somewhere. Sorry, I don’t know her name, but you know who I’m talking about.
Well, I’ve seen this lady pick fights with a number of employees in this store. I’ve seen her belittle and humiliate the gentleman there with the ripped Popeye arms, then walk away with a smirk. Today I witnessed her pick a fight with a young girl who was working behind the counter, and it was really uncomfortable to watch her treat her that way.
And the way she does it—sweet, condescending, sanctimonious, Professor Umbridge–kinda way—makes my spine crawl. How is she still there with all the complaints? Do you read these at all? Scroll down. Lol.

Drove all the way from Bothell this morning to purchase E85 with my husband. Went inside to get something to drink and use the restroom. BUT NO, bathrooms closed until 9. Its 8:10 in the morning what kind of people are out and about and about that would prevent the bathroom from being open at this time. Now I have to hold it for who knows how long. Also I refused to buy anything since I was unable to use the restroom.

The worker came up to me and my cousin as we were shopping for some soda and said “I’m going to have to ask you to leave if you’re not going to buy anything yet” I was kicked out of the building for “being a child” when I am definitely not, and the lady said it was “policy” to kick out children unattended by an adult but would not listen to a thing I had tried to say. 0/10 experience she was very rude

Came in today to get my favorite jalapeno poppers and the lady was very rude when I asked if Any more would be made, stating that it's not her job to make the food and if I wanted service like that I should go somewhere else. Congratulations. You lost a customer. No sense of customer service. Sounds like you need an easier job

Always friendly staff working. Way more friendly and professional than other venues that are similar or the same company.
Falsely advertises one price when products are a different price. Tried asking the cashier about the price difference while I had cash still in my hand and they don't adjust the price, just cash me out then proced to look on their screen to see the price. I was already on a time crunch for so I wasn't going to wait for the unknowledgeable employee to refund my difference seeing as gas station refunds are a pain to process properly. Management needs to fix their system to accurately match the prices they advertise.
