Disappointing that I couldn't get the coffee I wanted because the barista did the closing duties 20 minutes early and wouldn't run shots for me. She only offered cold brew. I worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I know that's the risk of doing your closing duties early. Disappointing.

Came here today and the service lacked. She opened the window and ASKED US what are we having today and after my friend had started saying her ordered she’s got flustered and said I’m not ready yet I’m still making the other sides drink. Why did you ask us if you weren’t ready? We clearly see you have another customer and that’s fine. Straws or a sleeve? (I answerrl: No straws just sleeves please, received hot drink with straws and zero sleeves) so I asked for a sleeve only to get a frustrated look. Uhhh? I understand if you’re having an off day but damn. Felt bad for my friend getting shut down from ordering her drink when she had asked in the first place.

The drinks are fine. However be careful when you are here make sure you ask for the receipt and tip amount or they will simply tip themselves anywhere from 2-3$ a drink. Also they charge a card convenience fee for debit cards which is illegal as is tipping yourself without authorization from the customer. The baristas are nice enough if you ignore the theft and charging convenience fees for debit cards.

What?Last time, I waited behind a BMW who just sat there for, like, 15 minutes. I think a friend?Very bad attitudes. Owners should check up on this because they’re losing profits based on the review.

Been here multiple time and the drinks are pretty ok. I went today (9/9) and was told the CO2 was out so they wouldn't be able to make a lotus. Fine I'll take it as a redbull. Then the other barista bends down and just turns on the CO2. How is that fair to the customer? There wasn't even an offer to remake it.
