Food was great. Service was attentive and frequent. Also atmosphere was also good. Not quite packed but definitely busy. Staff were friendly and really helpful.

The food today was absolutely terrible. There were 4 of us for lunch today. 2 of us ordered the appetizer specials. One of the plates came out ice cold. Like, out of the fridge you didnt warm it up at all cold. One of us ordered the chicken parm fettuccine. The only thing good was the size of the chicken. The fettuccine sauce was awful. The won ton tacos are my favorite but this time they were dry. The chicken filling was lacking terribly. The espresso martini was delicious but everything else...just gross. We won't return unless we absolutely had to (because someone in our group wanted to go there but 1st we'd try to talk them out of it). Just awful. The service was terrible. The server clearly didnt want to be there. She was not attentive to things we needed. We had to ask twice for things. She seemed like we were disturbing her if we had to ask again. Just unwelcoming. If you have to eat at Applebee's, don't go to this one.

I really like the oriental chicken salad & get it to go often.
Food is not always consistent, which is odd for a salad & breadstick.
FYI If you are picking up an online order, just know the time they say your order will be ready isn't a set time. I have waited 10-20 minutes in the restaurant after the pick up time waiting for my food (and the restaurant wasn't even busy).

The person who guided us to a table had a certain Not a very good vibe We had a problem with a payment. The waiter was very friendly, but they need to fix the payment errors on their payment machines. We didn't eat. They should warn people who were with children.We were crying the whole time we were eating. It's a place where you want to relax and enjoy lunch, but with the children crying you can't enjoy it, although the food is delicious.
