This isn’t the first time fries have been cold as if they’ve been sitting under a broken heat lamp. It’s every. single. time. Any kind of cold potato is the worst, please raise your standards and you’ll see more 5 stars from consumers. They did get the order right this time, which is why service is rated well. The food just always tastes either undercooked or old.

Went downhill a bit after me and my 3 buddies quit, but the new manager seems to have it mostly handled. Would have appreciated it if they cooked the mozzarella sticks to order like I and my fellows were trained, though. As they were soggy breading and stiff cheese. They, if I remember correctly, are quick to make in small batches
