I don't think the workers here graduated highschool. If they say 5 min wait time it means at least 30 min wait time. Extremely unenthused staff, like they're forced to work here.

The cashier, Kim I think her name was, she was SO sweet. She welcomed me with the brightest smile and gave me the most soft, warm, delectable, sexy pizza pretzel anyone could ever hope to taste. She also made sure I wasn’t embarrassed when my card declined at first. (I’m a broke college student so this was really all I could afford at the moment). 10/10 service she seems the type to take you in if you got kicked out of your house spontaneously. An old woman employee yelled at one of the young girl employees while I was at the window. After taking my order, I saw the girl run to the restroom crying. Seemed so unnecessary and uncomfortable for everyone else working in the small area!! Extremely awkward for me! I will not be returning here.

She was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the different menu options and making thoughtful recommendations based on what I was in the mood for. She was extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Kimberly told us it would take 7-10 min for a regular size pepperoni pretzel nuggets. Checked in after 12 minutes and she told us it was going to be another 5 min. 20 minutes later we finally got fresh pepperoni pretzel nuggets, unfortunately some didn’t come with pepperoni. Seemed irritated we kept on checking for status. I could understand the wait if they were busy or understaffed but they had a lot of people working unfortunately they were busy chatting and on their phone.

Kimberly was the one who took my order for my super excited kids. She told us that they would need to make a new batch and it would be 5-7 minutes. She will call out name when it would be ready. No problem I say. We were right outside because we saw our pretzels in the glass case and let other customers get in line because they were asking if we were in line. As we were waiting, standing right next to the glass case, Kimberly gave that customer my order that we were waiting. At that point I excused myself in the line and said was that the pretzels we were waiting for? She had nothing to say. I demanded a refund right then and there. Based on the previous reviews do not go here. But who checks reviews for auntie Anne's while in mall. I will next time. Boo on you Kimberly. You turned my young childrens excitement into dissappointment and sadness.

I usually love their mini dogs but they gave me a batch that was extremely burnt! They should not have sold these >:(
The service is terrible! I waited for my mini hot dogs for 25 minutes, and even though they were already ready on the counter, I kept waiting. When even the people who stood in line behind me all received their orders, I STILL continued to wait!!! When there was no line at all and I was left alone, they gave me hot dogs from the window that stood there for 15 minutes! The mood is spoiled! Thank you.

This Auntie Anne probably has one of the worst service I have ever seen. I had to wait almost 50 minutes just for my order and it wasn’t even completed since I asked for a refund. The management and the cashier don’t know what anything is going and even lying saying I had already got my order. Finally when getting my refund after 50 minutes they were unable to find my order to refund and one worker just gave me money for the refund. I don’t know if this is the policy or if they just wanted to get rid of me but either way it was the worst experience for me and my family.
