They do not deserve a one star my daughter got poisoning from the wild and Reckless sherbert elf Bowl yesterday. She was up puking up sprinkles all night long do not go to this place this is the second time in 6 months we have gotten sick from this restaurant

We have been going to this location for years. The ice cream is great, the store is clean, and the staff are friendly. I know that it is a family owned business and a veteran owned business as well.

They not let to use the restroom. Have to run with kids at other places. This is rude and unacceptable.

The ice cream was good, the only thing that we didn’t like was the employee. Every time we come and she’s there she’s always in a bad mood, we will end up paying and then say thank you and she rolls her eyes at us. We are not happy with that. We don’t know her name and don’t want to know, we just want for this to be fixed cause it will ruin people’s days like it ruined ours.

Don't order a milkshake that really thin I think the owner is trying to cut back on the ice cream it's just gross I'll never go back

The man who was working at the time ( Assuming a manager ) didn't greet me as I walked in as I said hello. I walked to see the flavors her just watched me. Now I wanted a nice cold milkshake that we all know and love, right? Cold, rich, creamy, and thick.This was not a milkshake. it was straight, just milk. Not thick, just smooth, Think like if you left it in your car and it melted. It was not as enjoyable. He had the machine running the 4 or 5 minutes I was there. Milkshakes should only take a minute or 2I highly do not recommend buying milkshakes here.

Arrived at 1130, store opens at 11, no one there, door locked, lights off, door to management office wide open. I'm genuinely not sure this location is truly open?? Note should have at least been left for people swinging by!

The couple who helped me were so patient and kind! I will definitely be coming back! We got the gold medal ribbon which was so delicious! I also got the Daquri ice my favorite! My family also tried the mangonada and a chocolate chip shake and they said it was incredible!

After well over 8 years of not visiting a Baskin Robbins, I went to one given the 31 special at the end of the month. Was amazed with the 48 flavor options they had and to include the vegan options that were more than the regular place. I ordered 3 types of flavors (for my family and I) and the scoop was the perfect amount. The patience, appreciation, and respect from the staff was one of a kind. Made it a very welcoming experience and my son was thrilled to have gotten a late night ice cream snack during the week. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely horrific. Waited ten minutes before the person working even looked at me (two other customers were eating their shakes while I waited patiently). The person working was surly, the place is dirty, and my milkshake smelled off. I’m going to be contacting corporate to get my money back - this is absolutely unconscionable.As impressive as it is, I think I can say without question that this was the worst (*if not second worst*) “restaurant experience” I have had in my entire life. And I lived in Amsterdam for five years.Big yikes, Baskin Robbins. Not a good look.
