My wife and I had lunch in the lounge. The server was very nice and friendly. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich and I had the fish and chips. She said it was good. Mine was great! 4 pcs of fish and bottom less fries!! Brought 2 pcs of fish and fries home with me and had them the next day in the air fryer. Came out perfect. Definitely will go back:)

Ordered a burger, very thin patty, and burnt. No one came to our table the entirely of the meal. The gentlemen that took our order at the door, delivered us our food, we then placed a Togo order thru him, and had to ask for Ketchup to go from the same person. He said he was not our server, but got the items we asked for anyway. My fiance had a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. He liked it. For our first time here was just ok. In town for a basketball tournament.

Do not order for pickup here if you want your food to be fresh when you pick it up. There is no line or designated spot to pick up to go orders, so if you happen to go at a busy time you are going to be stuck in line behind everyone waiting to order and be seated while your food sits on the counter getting cold. So stupid to not have a system in place for this.

Came in an hour before closing so I ordered an appetizer and had 3 22oz. The menu looked awesome but didn't have enough time to try a burger. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. I finished with 10 min to spare. Highly recommended to visit atleast once.

My burguer was tasteless, the meat pattie was super thin. Nice bread and caramelized onions. Fries and salad as side were ok. Service was really nice and food came fairly fast. I would not go back, I have had better burguers for cheaper.
Today was my first time visiting a Blazing Onion. My grandson, nine years old, chose to go here for his birthday lunch. Service was awful, food was pretty good. After ordering at the counter, I paid and added an adequate tip for what I was hoping would be decent service. We were then forced to sit at an open table, rather than the booth we wanted to sit in by an employee. He told us that three booths were reserved together for a large party. We received our food, ate and left while all three booths sat vacant. I was never acknowledged once by any staff after the meal was served. Very disappointed in the lack of guest service at this location. Even with the food being good, I wouldn't go back.Dietary restrictions: Grandson is vegan and enjoyed the Impossible Burger with no cheese or mayonnaise.

Disappointing to receive salads at the same time as entrees, and have entrees seem like they had been sitting for a while on top of that. I tried the chili, which was barely warm. I rarely send things back but did this time as I was really looking forward to it. It came back nuclear hot and inedible until waiting for it to substantially cool. The burgers we tried were bland, even the spicy ones. Service was just ok. Had to flag someone down to get service. Just not an overall good experience.
