Very disappointing. Where to start. Atmosphere? It's a rehabbed Buffet type restaurant. Service is only mediocre in the bar and worse in the restaurant area. Wait staff, for the most part, are surly and sometimes unfriendly.
Food is both uninspiring and expensive for what you get. Yes, they try to compensate for the quality by having some very large portions but they just include more greasy items.
And to add, if the weather's cool, so is the dining area. Apparently the owner's cutting expenses by keeping temps low for customers.

I just walked in was waiting 30 mins to sit. I walked up to waitress ask if we can seat ourselves we had a baby waiting. Looks like a high school punk. Said no wait. Then we were told she's the only 1 working today. She continued to serve coffee, ask menu orders as we were still standing with baby. She continued to ignore us. I looked her from where I was standing said Hey... thanks for the seat. Left poor service. Girl probably in her 20s didn't give a dam. Whatever.. looked like 10 people waiting on their food still for a while. I left. What a joke.

I've lived in Marysville for 21 years now and this restaurant has been my go too. In all honesty, I think the old building and staff there did a much better job then the new restaurant. My son and I both work long hours and when we call in to go order coming home, opening up the bag after spending over$40 plus tip on 2 meals to find the cook didn't get it right and the front didn't double check the order before leaving the kitchen! You call to state your issues with your food and they don't care, 3 times now in the last 2 1/2 months! Double check your orders people, sure miss the old place and waitresses that we're on top of things and the cooks always getting it right. Time to find another go too, done giving them my business.

I love the new spot that they moved to it's more open and definitely has so much more space than before it's a lot brighter and in a good way. As long as the cook and / or waitress hears the special reques for the food its usaly good. There have been a couple of times that our food came out cold, but after they heat it up, it's good to go.
Parking: If you had ever been to the old spot there wasn't a lot of parking compared to this new placeis just so much more space to park
Kid-friendliness: They have kid menus, 4pack of crayons, and a color mat for the kids to color and do games to help keep them occupied.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking along the front side of the store, wide doors for wheel chairs.

Order dinner after a long day just to get the wrong items delivered to me. And before anyone says it’s the delivery system it’s not because the bag was sealed shut. Don’t waste your time and money on these people. I even called to see why they put the incorrect items in my bag and they said because they ran out of what I ordered. Lady was very rude.

A way to describe buzz inn, it's unique and I had good service, had the 8 oz hamburger steak and it was ok. But for the price it was a bit much. Waitress was very sweet and was on top of our refills better than I've seen elsewhere, but is it my top pick for a steakhouse ? No, but I would go back because I ate everything.
It's the worst restaurant ever!!! My husband n I went to this joint to watch the Georgia v Alabama College Football. Usually, before we order we make sure that the game we want to watch is on. But this time we didn't; we asked the server to put the game on and order @ the same time. The server said she has to see if the technician is here to change channels cuz they ARE NOT ALLOWED to do it. We said OK. Hoping the channel will b changed while we wait for the food. Our server put the our order in without telling us the techs aren't in. She avoided us all together. I had to ask another server about it and she said the techs aren't in. So, @ that moment I canceled the order. I'm guessing our server will tell us after she brings the food in n we will b stuck eating while missing the game. I have no idea servers use this tactic to hold people hostage to the restaurant. We went to Applebee's and it had the game on. We were eating good in the neighborhood which is there slogan. I want a shout out to Applebee's for salvaging the game for us. Especially to our server Holly; we want to give her a Big Shout Out. She was very engaging, funny, attentive. Thank you Holly for making this night Awesome!!! Excellent staff, great food and entertainment. If they want to bring people in, they should have more game varieties cuz i saw 10 tvs with the one game on. The servers need to update customers if they don't have certain games on. DO NOT KEEP CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK cuz THEY WILL NOT COME BACK.

I stopped into the Marysville Buzz Inn for the first time today and was impressed. This is the cleanest, nicest Buzz Inn that I have been in. The food was awesome, and the service by Susan S. was great!
