We used to prefer this location. Two employees walked away while my fiance waited to make a to go order at least 3 times. While he waited for our order he saw the cooks reheat fries in the microwave. Yuck!!! They also charged for to go containers. While the receipt was being signed the woman bent over the counter to look at it. So there was no tip given. That's very rude.

What a joke, we just stood in line to be seated for well over 10 minutes in a mostly empty restaraunt, the people in front of us got tired of waiting and left, then the young lady(one of three) said she was busy making a seating chart and would be with us soon,then we watched her literally walk around in a circle like she didn't know what to do before hurrying off somewhere,all the while two other ladies were walking back and forth ignoring us. We finally said forget it and left

I went online to see the menu and decided to go to the restaurant to pick it up instead of having it delivered to save some money. At the restaurant I noticed the price for the Tsunami skillet was $1 more. No big deal. But, after I ordered the price was much higher. I was told there was a service charge for using my Visa and $1.50 for take out.Why would you charge a service charge? It is understandable if you are only spending a few dollars. But, when you pay for entire meals there shouldn't be service charges for using credit cards. And, the $1.50 charge for take out is crazy. Yes, you put the food in a take out dish and in a bag. But, how is that more expensive than paying service staff to serve us and kitchen staff to wash the dishes if we ate in the restaurant?

Went to visit family and my husband got country fried steak, he ordered his eggs medium and they came out barely done. I order eggs and bacon and got hash brown I did t want and when I tried them I wanted to vomit.

Food and service is always good. Sometimes we have longer waits than should be expected when it's slow inside but they are always nice about it. The appetizer wings though are so not worth the $12.00 they cost. You get 6 of the tiniest little nuggets with a smidge of sauce on them set on top of a warm wilting single piece of lettuce. They wouldn't be at the top of my list the next time we go there
