Burgers are still delicious but pricey. Service sucks asked for condiments but was completely ignored (no surprise) but at least they make the correct food. Dining in is at cold temp not warm temp. Franchises have gone expensive and even the condiments are being charged. Times have changed.

the food is great, when I can eat it. plain cheeseburger was said 3 times while placing my order and it has EVERYTHING on it, this happens a lot at this carl’s jr. the service was rushed and they parked us for 3 sandwiches.

Decided to dine in. Bad decision. Waited over 15 mins then had to ask for refund. They seemed more concerned about uber eats orders and drive thru than dine in. We were the only ones inside the restaurant. I understand a small wait but over 15 mins for fast food is ridiculous. Also dude who gave us refund had a real hard time counting money. The real killer was hearing somebody in the drive-through order the same thing as us and they got it instantly as we were standing there waiting for our refund. But we did get our super watered down soda, so that’s cool.

We ordered two big Carls double meats with everything. They were single meat, definitely not third pound. Dry with only lettuce. Over 30 bucks and after one bite they went in the trash. 116th location Marysville. The very first time we have ever had bad food at Carl Jr. Very disappointing

I love eating here when I am in town the only complaint that I have is that they ask for tips at the window. There isn’t many fast food chain that we’ve been to that ask for tip’s I’ve only seen donations for a foundation. Sometimes I wonder does the company really know this because there jars looks like they brought something from their home. Don’t they receive a paycheck.

I went through the drive through, the service was excellent, they were fast and accurate, the menu was simple and easy to understand and order from, also friendly staff at the window. The only real complaint I have and I'm not even really sure if it's their fault or if I ordered the wrong burger, but the bacon Western burger was kinda dry. I'll definitely be back to try other items though.
