The burger they gave me was microwaved and just so gross. Overpriced ice cream with little to no mix ins, the 3.3 review average is very accurate

If I could leave 0 stars I would I’ve ordered from them two times recently same exact order made completely wrong both times and will not refund or help me unless I show them a receipt that they don’t put on my bag as a fast food worker myself I’m pissed with the whole situation it is required to put a receipt on a delivery and I understand mess up orders I get being busy but they need a better system for when this does happen feel free to waste your money here but don’t expect them to make it right

I have resisted leaving a review the last few times I have come to this restaurant hoping that it was isolated incidents but today's experience made me want to share my disappointment. The staff at this location seem to have no interest in customer service and no knowledge of safe food handling procedures. It is difficult to find a clean table, the floor is sticky and I have never seen any employee wash their hands. The guy at the counter was taking cash with gloves on and proceeded to go prep and hand out food without changing them and/or washing his hands, a serious health code violation.
Since the new management this branch has really gone downhill, and though the next nearest one to me is over 5 miles away I will be taking my business there.

Stopped for lunch on our day trip. The bathrooms and dining tables are filthy. Nothing is clean and we didn't even get the water bottle from the Kid's meal. We were given a small cup for water and that's it. The food was all stale and terrible quality.

The location smelled weirdly musty. I wasn’t acknowledged for a solid five minutes while multiple workers saw me but continued to ignore me. When my order was up, he did not do the upside down test and for good reason—the blizzard was more like a melted milkshake. Very disappointing.

Every time I come here they never do the flip test because their blizzards are almost soup. Sadly the closest one to me. Other dairy queens are much better.

I would like to formally express my concerns regarding an unsettling experience at Marysville on July 4 2025. The behavior of the staff I encountered was unprofessional and deeply troubling.

While attempting to use my promotion, I asked for assistance, but the employee at the register, who claimed to be the manager, was rude and disrespectful. His actions included making dismissive sounds when I requested help, which was disheartening.

When I asked for his name to report the situation, he refused to provide it, instead insisting that he was the manager. Furthermore, I experienced an alarming situation where he banged on the paper receipt machine while I was ordering through my phone, and he subsequently retreated to the back and summoned law enforcement without any justification.

This experience reflects a significant lack of professionalism and customer service that I believe should be addressed. I hope necessary action is taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very disappointed for 2x as the ice cream is mushy and order was incorrect. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and no strawberries were in it, 2nd time in row an ingredient left out. Never going to this store again.

My $8 peanut buster parfait was completely inedible because it had so much salt in it. I thought maybe it was an accident pouring the last of the peanut jar into the icecream but I see other one star comments about the same issue so either it's a funny joke or maybe the hot fudge is rancid or prepared incorrectly?! Idk but so nasty
