Slow Service, Cold Food
We stopped in for a quick meal and were really disappointed. It took over 20 minutes just to get our order. When the food finally came out, our burgers and fries were completely cold. The Blizzards were fine, but you expect hot food to actually be hot, especially after such a long wait. Not a great experience.

Got a triple burger with bacon. Tasted amazing. Friendly, accommodating service. We visited on 7/6, around 7:40pm, ordered and sat inside.

LOVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN!!!! everyone that works at this location is always so nice. It's always so clean as welll. The bathro³. It's also nice that they have a TV here amd have watched a couple games. But that was BEFORE the pandemic. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy doing that sometime soon!!

Really annoying location. I've been here twice now and it's been a bad experience every time. If you place a mobile order they make you go inside, even if you're stuck in the drive thru line. And they have to grab it from a freezer NEXT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. There is ALWAYS a wait. Plus when you go inside you get ignored. Honestly, if you like convenience, fast service and friendly staff go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I will not be returning.

Food is always hot, service is always friendly. Sometimes it's slow, considering it's fast food. Last visit was just blizzards, but the person in front was so slow in receiving their food that both our blizzards were semi- melted by the time we got to drivethru window to receive our blizzards.

Jackson who works there's one of the best as far as customer service goes. He goes above and beyond expectations. It's people like your accent.That makes me go inside instead of using through.

Worst experience I have ever had going on to get a simple ice cream.
When we pulled up there was ten cars in the drive through. We decided to go inside thinking it would be quicker. Went inside there are 6 people waiting to get there order taken but no one out front to take orders all the workers are huddle up in back rough housing goofing around and yelling and cussing!
There is no manager insight. We waited over 20 mins to get our order taken then another 30 mins to get our order!
I do not recommend going here go down to forth Street near Albertsons for better service! I will be going back to talk to a manager tomorrow there workers aren't wearing hair nets there is no structure or. You could walk in grab as many ice cream cakes dilly bars and no one would notice.

Service obsolete. Waited by the cash register to place an order, no service, 4 workers passed by and glanced at us customers and two took their blizzard and went on break. Waited 10 mins behind two other people, waiting longer than us. We walked out, then the other two people walked out. Empty inside obviously not busy at 7 p.m.
