Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Our visit to Dairy Queen was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service we received. The drive-thru employee, Aday, had a terrible attitude and provided no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. Because of this, I requested to speak with a manager, hoping the situation could be resolved.

Unfortunately, the manager was even worse. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer a solution, she repeatedly asked, “What do you want me to do?” in a rude and dismissive manner. There was no effort to listen, take accountability, or resolve the issue.

Customer service should be about respect and problem-solving, especially when concerns are brought forward calmly. This experience showed a complete lack of both. I am very disappointed and will think twice before returning to this location.

Crazy how much ice cream is. 17 bucks for 2 blizzards and literally almost no toppings. Not worth it

Terrible. Have bought 3 times now and every single time they either give me the wrong order completely or miss something. Every time. Even worse it arrives cold! Hire new workers

My order was messed up when I got home. I called and was told to bring the receipt if I was coming in and I asked for some fresh food for my kid and my folks. At first they said they they wouldn't remake everything and then agreed, and still forgot a burger and game me the wrong order after I let them know which one I ordered. Quite inconvenient and irritating.

DQ is the best fast food burger joint, no question. Not the cheapest, but definitely a cut above the competition.

Great food, good service, no waffle house atmosphere either.

Slow Service, Cold Food
​We stopped in for a quick meal and were really disappointed. It took over 20 minutes just to get our order. When the food finally came out, our burgers and fries were completely cold. The Blizzards were fine, but you expect hot food to actually be hot, especially after such a long wait. Not a great experience.

Got a triple burger with bacon. Tasted amazing. Friendly, accommodating service. We visited on 7/6, around 7:40pm, ordered and sat inside.

LOVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN!!!! everyone that works at this location is always so nice. It's always so clean as welll. The bathro³. It's also nice that they have a TV here amd have watched a couple games. But that was BEFORE the pandemic. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy doing that sometime soon!!
