Terrible service. we placed an order for delivery through their app. 2 hours later nothing, so we called. the store is trying to tell us it means "self delivery" and they refuse to cancel the order and refund us. there is nothing about self delivery anywhere just delivery in the app and receipt. the folks at the store valled us back to co tinue arguing about it with us after refusing to help.

went in awhile ago, never been in before but was wickedly craving a baked potato and they were the closest place.

i come in, no one speaks to me and my partner for a long while. no, “sorry, one moment”, no “we’ll be right with you” just silence while they were scrambling around the kitchen. eventually a man comes and asks what we want to order, i believe it was one of their baked potatoes and a buffalo chicken sandwich. we go to pay and the woman helping us is saying nothing to us and is struggling with the register for what felt like 10 minutes. eventually the guy who took our order tells us that the only baked potato they had was a day old! why didn’t he tell us that before he took our order?!

we are disgusted. from what we can see from the register their prep area is disgusting. not to mention the complete lack of hairnets and the sweat dripping from their faces. also the lady wasn’t wearing a bra and was wearing a super see through shirt! her nipples were quite literally staring at me in the eyes.

we ended up cancelling our order and leaving before they even figured out the register. thank goodness chik fil a is just next door.

i don’t know what kind of business you guys are running but there needs to be some serious changes. the health and safety concerns are absolutely wild, never mind the customer service!

Ate there for lunch today. Brisket was great. Jalapeño cheddar sausage was better.

The meat was fantastic. I had pulled pork and polish sausage. The macaroni was plain. The potatoes salad was good. Can't wait to try the brisket.

The food was so moist and tender. The kids loved it. And kudos to the staff and manager for signing my very old punch card. Thank you.

It was alright. Something that would've made it better would be if the tables were clean and the employees had better communication. Also the portions are kinda small. The platters looked pretty good.

If you want cold, mushy, dry pulled pork, this is the place! Absolutely TERRIBLE. Gave me and my kids horrible stomach aches literally within hours. Do not recommend coming here whatsoever. If the 20 other 1 star reviews don’t deter you, maybe this one will. 0/5 if I could rate it that!

I wouldn’t call this place barbecue probably the worst ribs I’ve ever had watched the cook pull meat out of bags when I was checking out and heat up the food I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Theirs no flavor so get the sauce to help eat. Dry and over cooked. If you like your ribs with the bone as in you can bite right through the bone this is the place. The 1 star is for the free pickles and onions they give you, hard to mess those up. Brisket is ok. Feels as Safeway would have a better deal for the same to better level of food.
