Ordered dinner for my family and had to wait 3 hours for delivery. Called the store after 1hr 30 mins to check the order status because the app tracker wasn't working. I was told that delivery would only take 30 more minutes and they would give us free brownies for the inconvenience. The order didn't arrive for another 1hr and 30 minutes for a total wait time of 3 hours. When checking our delivery we did not receive the brownies and there was no extra cheese on the pizza even though I paid for it. When trying to report the issue the report page didn't load and the store hung up on me when I called. Absolutely unacceptable!

I ordered 2 pizzas wings and soda they forgot the soda and wings had to be resent and which they did but sent the wrong flavors. Disappointed but not the worst thing ever.

I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered to my house. Both pizzas were said to be delivered but the employee delivered them to the wrong house. The person that lives at the other house called in stating as such. I called in to get it resolved and MICHELLE the "manager" kept talking over me and would not listen to me as a customer. I was frustrated as i had already waited a long time for delivery. I asked her to contact the delivery driver and have him turn around as it was a contactless delivery i am sure i would of been able to find and still get the pizzas as he had only been gone for a few minutes. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back in and she cancelled my order and then hung up on me again. How on earth is this person a manager? She can't even handle a frustrated customer?

First time ordering from this location, as we just moved-What a terrible choice that was!!! Our order was 20 minutes late (per the tracker), so the pizza, chicken and parm bites were all barely even warm when we finally received them. All 3 pizzas were not fully cooked in the center and soggy (gross!). The salad I ordered was so old I had to pick out half of the lettuce as it was turning orange and brown (nasty!). And when the driver did finally show up he was super rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to deliver to us, even though we had pre-tipped 20%!! Super disappointing, especially when you consider this meal cost us $110!!! Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion!!! We will NEVER order from Dominos again!!! And I suggest you don't either, at least not from this location!! Disgusted!!
I consistently get the right order here and the quality of the food shows the workers care about doing their jobs. Shoutout to the GM Chelsea for her professionalism in handling frustrating patrons that took pictures of her while being overall belligerent. It’s unavoidable that customers will be upset with service in this field, but you can be assured that the employees at this location will always follow through with any order discrepancies.

I order from this location every so often. Never had a problem. But today they forgot to slice one of my pizzas and they didn't put the butter herb sauce on the crust either. Kind of disappointing considering that one of the main reasons I like their pizza. I had already gotten home before i noticed and would have cost to much in gas and time to drive back just for butter herb crust. It shouldnt have even happened in the first place. Normally a good experience but this time it wasnt. Still good pizza and experience all other times. All in all I Would still recommend.

When the Domino's Pizza last night and the environment and there was so quiet and so dry that it made our pizza taste bad Pizza only tastes good when happy people make it. Somebody needs to do something about the morale in that shop. The people were courteous but there was no joy in that building
