Worst ihop and Ive been to 4 different city locations the food had weird taste, we also waited 45 min for the food, which was not even made or cooked good, poor service, we had to flag someone down if we needed something blehhh

My experience at this IHOP was average. There was a mix-up with my order. While a solution was offered, the wait for the food had already been so long that I didn’t want to deal with it any further. From the beginning, we were asked to choose a specific type of cream for our coffee, whereas in other IHOP locations it’s usually provided automatically. Additionally, when I requested an extra syrup flavor, I was given a small ramekin of it. What a disappointment, considering they used to offer up to four different syrup bottles at the table for pancakes. Overall, the service and experience did not meet my expectations.

Horrible. Angela is a terrible store manager and cusses on the phone at her customers and threatened to hurt another customer. She needs anger management big time and even called someone a racial slur. Not okay ihop!

I come here at least one time a week, it's always chilly so I make sure to wear a sweatshirt tonight it was exceptional cold and that didn't work.
But tonight was kinda disappointing, I started to order off of the hoppy hour menu and asked for a side of mayo for the fries and it's now 99 cents extra. Not a big deal to many but it is for me so charged the order to the amazing French toast and eggs. I Will continue to eat at I hope because the wait staff are awesome, prices are great and the food is great I'll bring my own mayo because I LOVE the burger and really had looked forward to it.

Waitress was good but we weren't told until we got the bill that kids don't eat free after 4pm on the weekends..... so that was a huge disappointment. It doesn't say anywhere on their building or online that they don't do it on the weekends and it's known at every ihop that kids eat free after 4. That's the only reason we went there to eat

Host was super friendly. Waitress seemed like she didnt want to be there (understandably so, its new years.) We expected the bare minimum, HOT FOOD! But what we got was a lukewarm appetizer, and almost ice cold food as if it was out for a while. We were waiting a good 30+ minutes for the appetizer only for everything to suddenly come out at once. There were plenty of servers standing around. Obviously we ate the food just to get out of there, but ultimately disappointing and not worth the price if we cant get atleast warm food.

My server was nice at first until it came time to pay me and my friends tipped, but some couldn’t tip and the server had said something about us not tipping and after we all got up to leave, I went to go hand her a five dollar bill for a tip and she took the money looked at me and walked away… She didn’t say thank you. She didn’t smile she didn’t do anything. She just took my money and walked off. She had a cheek piercing. I think her name is Shannon. Poor service.

Solid 4 Star restaurant in Smokey Point. Colorado omelette actually has shredded chuck roast in it, along with other yummy goodies and a dark salsa to go over the top. Yum! Shannon our server was great, top!

I recently visited IHOP, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The eggs were cold and so tiny they could have been mistaken for a child’s portion. As for the crepes, they were dry, flavorless, and tasted like they had been sitting out for far too long. To top it off, they came with two pieces of lemon. Honestly, I was left confused—what was I supposed to do with lemon on crepes?
This visit fell far below the standard I expected, and I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.
