I am on budget. I feel like crap when I'm guilt asked to tip. What am I tipping for? On top of tip your asked to donate to charity. Can I just get fish and chips. I would rather eat at Chick-fil-A, no tipping asked and supreme service.

Usually love coming here so I tipped a decent amount but when I got home I realized I only got a cup of chowder instead of the bread bowl I asked for. Just frustrating because I didn’t get a receipt to double check anything on. Also, theres a lot of dead flies inside the windows…

Thank you, Ivar's Fish n Chips and Chowder House, for being my go-to destination for comfort food for over 50 years. Eating here in Marysville takes me back to eating outside at the Ivar’s outdoor stand in Seattle as a teenager. Here's to many more years of delicious meals and cherished memories at your establishments.
