Guy taking the orders doesn’t even speak while taking your order, told him the whole name of the sandwich I wanted and received a completely different item and we called and they said that’s what we ordered, how are you going to mess up taking an order when you were told the whole name? And apart from that lady on the call asked for the sandwich back to get my order corrected. Ridiculous!!

Literally only a couple of customers and yet our total wait between the guy at the speaker who told us to give him a minute before then had us sitting there for almost 10 minutes before we said something, and waiting in line behind one person /at the window was at LEASR 20 minutes. I’ve never had such bad service at a fast food restaurant.

I order from this Jack in the Box quite a bit, but I have never had such a poor experience. Most of my order was either poorly made or incorrect. I ordered a Bacon Sourdough Double Smash, but it came with no bacon. My fries were underfilled, and one of the fries had a huge dirt spot on it. I also ordered a boba milk tea, and the tapioca pearls were as hard as rocks.
Ordered the Sauced and loaded classic wedges and I thought there was supposed to be cheese, bacon bits and sauce? What I got was wedges that had sauce that's it 😡 I maybe had one small wedge that barely had any cheese or bacon on it. There was absolutely NOTHING loaded about it. Very disappointing.

Food poisoning I've never had food poisoning in my life until Saturday. Went there for a few tacos and egg rolls. Noticed the oil on the egg rolls was really nasty looking. I felt ok but after a couple of hours I was uncontrollably puking and um... other things at my husband's work Christmas party. NEVER AGAIN will I go here and I advise you do the same.
