Honestly save yourself the trouble and don't come here. My fault for continuing to go after awful service every time but I don't think I've ever had a good experience in several visits. Most recent visit I waited probably 10 to 15 minutes to get my food with one car ahead of me, the worker didn't even acknowledge me at the window aside from handing me my bag and walking off. Didn't even respond when I thanked them. As a former stoner myself I'm like 99% certain this kid was baked out of her mind. Burger was alright but I'm not coming back.

Not 1 person/customer at this establishment when I arrived, not one customer when I left. Dude at drive through was, ….. not awake and slow like a sloth. Placed my order via drive-thru (because I’m tired and just got off work), with my
Order I asked for 2 buttermilk ranch sauces. Got my order FRIES WERE HOT and no sauce packets to be found! WHY MAKE ME PAY FOR THEM IF STAFF CANNOT REMEMBER TO OUT INSIDE BAG-
I had to go inside to get them - also, the burger has so much sauce in it (I ordered mine w/o mustard cause they always put waaaaay too much on & now that I’ve ordered w/o mustard they seem to think I want extra mayo and ketchup, NO I DO NOT). STOP OVER LOADING WITH SAUCE.

It has nice associates when I go threw the drive up and the food is always good and hot. I have always liked Jack in the box hamburgers better than most other fast food restaurants.

Went through the drive through and tried to order the double smash sourdough off the menu, I was told that the sandwich was not available any longer, BUT FOR AN EXTRA/ UPCHARGE, they would make it for me. What kind of business practice is that? (I see that as the same as a gas station selling/advertising gas for 4 dollars a gallon, then getting to the pump and being told it's 5 dollars a gallon).
In essence it's the same as false advertising or a scamming your customers.
It's fine to say it's not available anymore but It's not fine to still sell it with a UPCHARGE, THAT JUST SCAMMING people.
And when you question them about it you get a real negative impression/attitude from them employees and don't even ask the shift supervisor about the attitude is even worse than the employee. And no you don't have to be rude to get the poor attitude. It must be a sore subject with the employees.
All too sad,

Didn’t give us half our order, about $20 worth. Requested a refund several times, one month later now and never received it. Couldn’t even get a simple response. Taking the loss, but never going here again

We Asked For A Large Soda and The Lady Brought Out A Large Coke (we didn’t get a chance to say what kind) so we let them know and the lady at the window started having an attitude with us and was like “well you didn’t say what kind so” and I responded “so wouldn’t you ask instead of giving them a random soda?” And her response was “it was sprite right?!” With attitude and rolling her eyes then shutting the window. Poor service ever.

Went through the drive through 12/15 around 2:15pm.
Had a coupon. They didn't know how to work it. Got the drink orders mixed up. Whatever we can deal with that. HOWEVER, they we asked for curly fries and normal fries for each meal. We only received normal fries. I dug through the bag to see if maybe they were on the bottom they weren't. So we went through the drive through again.

We told the lady at the window we had already touched the food thinking they would throw out the 1 order of fries for sanitary reasons. NOPE they took the fries out of our bag that we already touched and put it back on the warmer 😷🤢🤮🤮
We repeated when she came back that we had touched those fries and we were told yeah it's fine I got those other ones in the bag too!
So just an FYI to anybody eating there they don't follow any sanitation practices. Won't be back after seeing that.

Waited so long to order on 12-2 at 7:40 I kept asking if they were even open. I can hear them in the background but zero response. Finally drove up passed the window, no customers inside but a girl standing there about to walk to the window. Went to McDonald’s across the street instead. Not the first time but guaranteed to be the last!

We got coupons in the mail and wanted to use them while we were out shopping for Christmas. So we pulled up to the drive thru and told them they acted like they didn’t know how to use the coupons at first and then finally got the order in. The lady kept shutting the window while I was trying to tell her what we wanted. She asked us what we wanted to drink and I said “a Diet Coke” and she said “sorry our co2 is out” so that was kind of a problem. We asked if we could have some extra dipping sauce for our fries and we will pay for them and she said ok but asked us to park. We parked for about 10 mins and got our food they didn’t give us the sauce and didn’t give us straws or napkins. I know fast food workers work hard but this isn’t hard enough. We were very disappointed with service. Food was good and hot still.

I cannot and will not be rating them because I have poor takeout food that was not complete ordered, and I stayed too far from them and I tried to call them to let them know about this order and they hung up in my face when I asked, cannot speak with a manager When I tried to call back, they will not answer so I will not be going back to this Jack-in-the-Box

Parking: And that’s probably why they didn’t have anybody there because they just don’t do the food the way that is supposed to be

Service was so bad they made us pull up front to wait for our food when there was no one else in the drive thru. Employees were rude and laughed at us as we ordered our food, girl with red hair especially. Food also didn’t taste like other times.

I think one star is good enough. The floors were super sticky when we walked in, and none of the tables were wiped down. The staff didn’t greet anyone. I ordered the meal with the Red Bull and waited so long to get my Red Bull. I asked the girl behind the counter for some mayo. Her response was, “I know there is some, but I am new, and I don’t know where they put it.” I asked if anyone else would know. The other staff said they don’t have mayo. My friends joined shortly after, and they didn’t take their order for at least 10 minutes, and no one else besides us was there. My husband has ordered onion rings and they were horrible. Probably deforested and refrozen. Unhealthy code.
If we had stayed there the entire time until closing, the staff wouldn’t have cared and would have locked the doors with us still inside. Most ignored service.
