Way over priced, 30$ for 2/3 lb of brisket and 1/3 of it is fat, pork belly was undercooked and had zero smoke flavor, Mac and cheese was inedible, Sausage was mealy/dry and the cloeslaw was trash as well. Completely flavorless , over priced and a huge disappointment. I hate to say it but Dickeys was way better may it rest in peace.

Just north of 88th and State St sits what might be the best bbq around. I had the little tray with turkey, mac and cheese, pickles and banana pudding. Everything was slappin. Get here early or call ahead they sell out fast. I could write a piece about this place the owner and the staff but you should go yourself instead!
Vegetarian options: Local sourced corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake both seasonal
Parking: Easy parking right in front
Kid-friendliness: They decorated for Halloween!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in easy out for the main area, small step into the auxiliary dining area
Decent BBQ but charging for sauce is a ridiculous and non-authentic policy. The carpet in the seating area is stained all over the place and kind of gross.

The food from Jeff’s made me feel like i haven’t had any truly satisfying or filling food until i ate from here. The food smelled so good, from before i ate even stepped in the building, the staff was super nice with a pleasant smile and such a clean place. My girl and i want to and will be going back very soon 5stars all around from me

Excellent Texas BBQ! The sides are top notch and you have to get one of each dessert! Customer service is superb. Each member of The Joint has been there long term, they are cohesive and friendly! Each person that comes into The Joint (check out his gear❤️) is treated like family.
The turkey was so moist and melted in my mouth! The pecan pie was delicious! I loved the flavor of the max and cheese. Thick brisket slices and clean pork belly. Stop reading this review and go eat it!
