Awful and disgusting. Cooks and staff did not wear gloves, hair covering (hat/hairnet) or use sanitizer/wash hands between customers. Please pay attention when you visit.

Will never go there again. My 15 year old son went in to charge his phone so he can text me to get picked up. Whoever was working there wouldn't let him charge his phone without buying food, and so he bought one of there pizzas and just like their service it was crap, for the price I would rather get dominoes any day.

The food quality of jet city pizza is commendable in this area. I had ordered food many times from this shop and there are no complaints about it and you have to try the delicious food from this pizza shop.

Every time we call the number listed they either dont answer or someone will say hello and then hang up as soon as we start to order. This has happened several times in the past and makes it very frustrating to try and order what is otherwise a good pizza.

Traveling , stopped in Maryville for the night, asked hotel for recommendations. Jet city pizza was recommended. The Jumbo Jet, thin crust was awsome. I Highly recommend .

Used to be good, I don’t know what happened. A few months ago, I ordered a Hawaiian thin crust pizza, and they sent me the wrong pizza. I called them, and they were able to refund me and send me a new one, but it was a bit undercooked. Oh well, at least it was free. Today, my mom ordered a thin crust Hawaiian, a Jumbo Jet, and some Cinnabites. They forgot the Canadian bacon on the Hawaiian and it was again undercooked. The Cinnabites were also undercooked and completely inedible. The Jumbo Jet on the other hand was very toasty, which I don’t mind, but it’s ironic that everything in the order was either over or under cooked. They also stopped serving thin crust in squares, and that’s when everything got bad, so there is probably new management. The bright side is that they give full refunds and send more food if people are unsatisfied, although they don’t speak English very well so it can be a bit hard to talk to them, which isn’t a big deal, just be patient people. Anyways, it’s really sad to see a classic local chain fall like this. I unfortunately won’t ever be coming back, unless something somehow changes, which I doubt.Edit: also looks like they are spamming positive reviews.
