I paid for a combo that comes with 8 chickens and 6 wings right before they close. Found out they only gave me 7 chickens and no wings at all when I got home. Couldn’t do anything about it since I didn’t check on the spot. Disappointed.

Went through the drive through for this order. It was about 930pm. I ordered a 16 peice chicken tender meal..the food came to me hot but there were some inconsistencies with the cook of the tenders. I was helped by a very kind gentleman at the window who explained to me there would be a bit of a wait. I waited for about 15 minutes for my whole order to be completed. Upon inspection of the receipt, the man at the window had written down exactly what type/color car i was driving and if I was a male or female for his coworker to easily identify me when he brought me my food. Overall happy. Could be better at communicating how long of a wait, and quality check food prior to sending out. I payed 75 dollars for this meal (not worth the price in my opinion) so I would hope that the food comes out perfectly every time. As far as low atmosphere rate. It was very obviously posted in a giant sign in the lobby (that I could see from my car from outside of the establishment) that you needed to use the kiosk to place an order... im sorry, but there were 3 people at minimum in that building at the time of my visit. Why are you forcing customers to use a self serve kiosk? Do you not pay your employees to take orders outside of drive through?

I’ve been waiting on my order for 20 minutes sitting in the store. I had to leave the drive thru line after it was taking them so long. I literally ordered 1 Mac and cheese and 3 drum sticks. That’s the majority of what you sell how do you not have any of it ready for +25 minutes. I’m still waiting as I’m writing this it’s ridiculous.

We were the only ones in line, and they missed half of our order. When we went back to tell them, they had an attitude and tried to argue that they had everything when they clearly didn't. They finally gave us more of the order but were still missing things, so we had to go back *again* to get everything. This KFC is notoriously bad about including everything in the bag, I'm glad we checked before driving home. I was hoping it got better since the last time I came here a year ago, but nope. Arguably worse.

The kiosks take forever to order from. While I was waiting for my food I watched a person give up on ordering from the kiosk and leave. Atmosphere felt like I was in a restricted area and not welcome there. There were plenty of people working there. One of them should be on the register.
