We ordered crispy 3 PC combo. Ordered 3 legs!! We got.... original and 1 leg and 2 thighs!!! No butter for our biscuit!! No napkins! The only reason we didn't go back was because we live too far away!!! Worst service ever!!!!!

I came through and asked if I could have the 4 pieces of just chicken without the sides. 7.98 that cost sure she says what pieces 2 legs 2 thighs . Got to the eindow 18.89. I asked why that what it cost.. that is simply not ok... 11 dollars not to have the sides...
The phone doesn't work in marysville and the girl waved me off after questioning her!!!!!

The truth is that I have had a bad experience. I ordered my food and they made me wait more than 30 minutes and it was very cold inside their facilities and they did well in the kitchen chatting on the cell phone.

But sometimes I get 4 legs when I order 8pc or 10pc. Wish they mixed better.

I had the most amazing experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken! The chicken was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The flavors were bold and every bite was juicy and tender. The sides were just as impressive, and I highly recommend trying their biscuits. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. This is definitely my new go-to spot for chicken! Highly recommend to anyone craving a satisfying and flavorful meal. Will be back for sure! Big shout out to the manager Tiffany, for keeping such a positive clean atmosphere! Thank you for a great meal for me and my family!

My kiosk order was ignored until I said something 15+ minutes later. When I got back to the counter the employee was arguing with a customer saying “We were not rude!” with a very sharp quick tone and a dirty look on there face. I am local but will not be eating at this location anytime soon!!

I ordered a family meal that comes with sides AND an extra order of mashed potatoes and gravy. I got the meal and everything that comes with it but no extra potatoes. When I called the store they said I could come back and they'd give me the potatoes. But I was already home and my food was getting cold. At that point I didn't want the potatoes any more, just refund my $. But they can't give me a refund because it was an online order. I'd have to request that through the online app. So I go online and there is no refund request I can find but I did find a customer service phone number. The guy I spoke to was very apologetic and said he'd take care of my problem but after getting all my info and giving me a claim # he transferred me to the refund dept. So he didn't take care of me like he said he would. Then the refund girl was also apologetic and needed all the same information I gave the first guy. So why did I talk to the first guy? The girl was finally able to process the refund for the potatoes I didn't get. After nearly a half hour of getting the run around I should see my $4.37 in 3 to 7 business days!! This is no way to treat customers. It will be a LONG time before I patronize KFC again....if ever.

Of course it's not about the money, it's the principle. They charged me for what I ordered....I expect to get what I paid for. Except what I got was incompetence and an overly complicated corporate policy.

There was no one working the counter. Had to order using machine. Spicy chicken sandwich came with almost no sauce. The chicken in the famous bowl is too big. They changed it from the popcorn chicken which was better and there was more of in the bowl. Quality had gone down. Portions sizes have gotten smaller. Super disappointing.

The chicken, which included half original and half crispy, looked and tasted like it was sitting out for far too long. The chicken sizes were half size of what they used to be. The mashed potatoes serving fed only two people instead of four (one teaspoon per person). I am very disappointed how the quality of this iconic restaurant has gone down the tube.
