La Terraza is a great spot with multiple food trucks and locations, which makes it super convenient. The restaurant itself is really nice — modern, clean, and comfortable. The food came out fast, and the vampiros tacos were absolutely out of this world — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done.
The only downside for me was the pollo and asada tacos. They were a bit on the dry side and felt like they were missing that big punch of flavor you usually expect from good street tacos. Still tasty, just not the standout of the menu.
Overall, definitely worth a visit — especially for the vampiros!

Best Mexican food and probably the best restaurant in Marysville. Home cooked recipes not from a can and cooked with love. The staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of Mexican beers and sodas. The Trio Terraza plate is absolutely amazing and the tacos Vampiros are decadent and delicious. The restaurant is very clean and family friendly. We cannot wait to go back.

The Quality of the food has been going down the last couple of years. On my last order of "carne asada" the skirt steak was not from a skirt cut. The number of tortillas has fallen to just only three.The roasted jalapeno used to be whole, now it is only a quarter of one. The original green onion has been replaced by a sliver of white onion and the sour cream & guacamole portions are only enough for one taco.
