The food is good but the customer service is terrible. Their pizza portal screen doesn’t work, so an employee has to get the pizza for you. Yet I’m usually left waiting up front while 2 guys make a pizza in the back & act like they dont see me waiting. Then the short little manager guy walks around looking like he’s busy and doesn’t have time to take my pizza out. It’s like you’re bugging them by asking them to do their job. Once again terrible customer service.. the good reviews must be these kids relatives

I guess the “Hot and Ready” pizzas no longer exist, like they used to with Little Caesar’s. It seems like nothing is ready, the last several times I’ve went in there. I can understand you don’t want wasted product, but then don’t advertise this. I wish they would sell pizza by the slice, but I guess that’s only in Vancouver BC.

I went to this place only two minutes late and I walked in there was people so I placed a order but they said they couldn’t serve me which was outrageous I told them why not and they said the store was closed even though we were two MINUTES late!!!! They may serve good pizza but not good service I tell you that but they still had all there lights on and they the sign said it was open still it just doesn’t make sense not good service I had to go somewhere else to get my food not good..

Beware Doordashers!!!They deliver bad orders and then they blame you, this is the second time this has happened to me in this store, mainly with a very young employee with Asian features, he is petulant and rude. Check carefully what they give you, the employees of this headquarters are perverse!
We got to try the new Cheesy Puffs, they are deliciously amazing!! We also got the Chciago style pepperoni pizza. Great flavor and great price.

The service is very bad, I bought 2 pizzas and it turns out that I arrived at my house and they were not the ones I ordered and as I was going to change them and they made me wait more than 45 minutes and they gave me the same pizza and I told them that I better I gave my money back and they didn't give me what I paid for, very bad service and I better got away with what I returned. They don't recommend them at all and they never answer the phone.
