My friend and I were looking for a place to satisfying our Mexican food craving after a brutal backpacking trip. Found Los Aventureros and and came in. I ordered the "Big Burrito." It is huge at 2lbs and delicious. The homemade tomato sauce is incredibly flavorful and really elevated the burrito. Even with a backpacker's appetite I could not finish it.

Came here due to reviews. Ordered chicken enchiladas mole. A bit too sweet for us. Presentation beautiful. Friendly waitstaff. Chips and salsa with bean dip delicious. Enjoyed the street tacos very much. Husband enjoyed a Carona. Definitely will be back.

It was ok. My husband and I had different experiences. Chips & Salsa. I thought that the chips tasted like old oil. The salsa was from a jar. My son ordered Nachos and he liked the meat on them. I ordered the two tacos with rice & beans. Rice was good, beans a no. Tacos ok. My husband got the fajitas and thought they were great. I do not think they were homemade tortillas. Solid 3 but had better.

Amazing service and food! The chips and salsa were excellent and were a hint at how dinner was going to taste. Best mole sauce I've ever had. I'm going back to taste more of their menu.

Amazing, authentic Mexican food! Large portions. The huge burrito is like three meals. Definitely a great place for lunch or dinner. Also appreciate the atmosphere and attentive service.

My daughter, grandson and I recently had dinner there. I ordered the steak fajitas (which I loved) and the street tacos which looked nothing like the picture on Yelp. I inquired why and was told that I should have asked for no cilantro and onions and asked for cheese on it. I told them that I would pay for it but to take it away. My grandson's chicken quesadillas was overcooked and just didn't taste good. I'm not sure what my daughter's food was but her meat was dry but she liked it. We wanted to try their fried icecream but were told that they didn't have the ingredients for it. All in all the only thing that I liked was the fajitas. If I did return it would only be for that. I might try something else.

Needed a simple spot to fill us up and boy did they deliver. Huge portions, and tasty. The Enchiladas de Mole were a favourite.

So we tried this place cause of all the good reviews. The night we went there were only 2 people working. The owners. He was cooking and she was serving. It took about an hour to get our food. Service was really slow and the food was average. I had high Hope's but it did not live up to the reviews. I will say they were very nice though...

Ever had house made chips for nachos that are still crunchy until the very last chip is eaten? Never had I ever had that until today when I came to eat. 5 stars all the way. I also got a burrito to go, because I always order more than one thing for myself. Haven't eaten it yet because well, I'm still full from the nachos. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Will for sure be back! Great service. Great food. Great chips. (also I usually rate a place based on their chips and they knocked it out of the park)

This is a very friendly and loved restaurant. The food is great and we were surrounded by regulars on a first name basis with the owner during our visit. I think we were the only ones who were visiting for the first time. Their street tacos are very popular and their big grilled burrito was amazing and enough for 2 people to share. They also have one of the biggest portions of carne asada I have ever had. They also make their own (awesome) corn tortilla chips which you almost never see at Mexican restaurants around here. There is a lot of love in this place and I can tell it is special to a lot of people.Note: they do not have hard alcohol, but do have a good assortment of bottled Mexican beers and sodas

Parents had an amazing time here a few months ago, food and service was excellent, so they know I adore Mexican food so brought me here today. So the food was just as amazing as my parents said. Portions were huge and everything was just so flavorful, fresh, and delicious~ And on top of that, the owner lady even remembered my parents and even where they sat~ It is about a 30 min drive from home but we will be back time and time again~
