Marysville Osaka Sushi & Teriyaki

Staff had the nerve to blame me for my food being completely soggy even though I showed up early and was sitting waiting for my order for about 10 min then refused to remake it when I called about said order. Quite frankly just lost a loyal customer. Sad day

Best teriyaki beef I have ever had

I eat in a lot of different restaurants, I was looking forward to find teriyaki open on a Sunday, my experience with the vibe of the owner very short, just not welcoming, ordered our meals. I asked if I could have salad in exchange for my rice, long story short, the plate was not Wow. My daughter-in-law’s salad was the same amount as mine. It wasn’t the best experience, if I could take Past teriyaki places I’ve eaten yet that I went. Wow, it’s more important to wow your clients with a couple more leaves of extra lettuce
In exchange for the rice , The owner shouldtake time to appreciate the community coming to your restaurant to eat.
I earned my money and I choose where I wanna eat. I pick this place today and I will not go back.
The food wasn’t anything great and the service I believe was a one star.

This place is amazing!! A very fun place to stay in and eat. Amazing customer service, wonderful hot food, and a very nice relaxing environment with great music.

Wanted to try something different, we will definitely be back! Small place, obviously loved. Huge menu, we just got a couple kinds of sushi rolls but they were DELICIOUS !

This was such a great little teriyaki sushi place. Definitely has climbed the ranks to my favorite one! And they’re open on Sundays!!

We ordered food to go and when we arrived, a few customers were filing out and the two staff members were waiving goodbye and thanking them. This duo kept the restaurant running smoothly and all their customers happy while also taking turns caring for an adorable and happy baby (keeping it sanitary and safe of course). I was impressed not only by the staff but also by the food. It was flavorful and tasted like they claimed: made with extra love and arrived faster than expected. Everyone knows take out food is tastier after you've just spent two hours and all your money grocery shopping, but this was extra tasty, and we *will* be returning! It's rare that my entire family actually likes food from the same restaurant, and that every item we order is fantastic, but Osaka has unlocked this achievement and we applaud you.
Sorry no photos, it was late and I was tired, but just know that the food looked as delightful as it tasted (no sloppy slap-togethers).

Their sushi rolls are the absolute best!! But beyond that, their staff are some of the most wonderful people! Always happy, warm and inviting. I absolutely love calling to order my food.

Horrible service and food.
Pick up order. Clearly she read back the order and it was not all there but charged.

When we arrived the lady at the front started to get the order together, then the phone rang and proceeded taking a large order for 5 minutes while most our order sat on the counter cooling off.
They missed our soup and the additional teriyaki sauce that was paid for. I guess we should of un-tied the bags and inspected.

Service fees added then has the balls to flip the screen and ask for another tip. GTFOOH!!!

Food was not great. Undercooked chicken pieces and extremely salty. Two hairs found.. one in rice, one in the teriyaki...

Absolutely disgusting.

Literally mine and my friends favorite restaurant. We go here every Sunday. Sometimes Saturday.

Most amazing restaurant in Marysville. Sushi is top tier. Wok food phenomenal!
