This place does not even deserve a 1 star! Very very very rude attitude of the owner taking my take out order. Came in 15 mins before closing time and she did not want to be bothered. Might as well close the restaurant if you do not want to do decent Customer Service!! I Do not recommend this place at all!

We've been frequenting this restaurant for almost 8 years. We miss the old cashier, who always said. " Enjoy your food, made with love". Not sure what happened to her, but she is missed horribly. Did ownership change? We typically order the same items off the menu and I noticed in my last order that the fried rice wasn't as good as in the past. Skimping on the terriyaki sauce too.Had I given this review last year it would've been 5's across the board.

I miss the Lady who was nicer and knew how to do customer service. The other woman now didn't give us utensils, napkins. She was also hurrying me up to pay when no one was waiting in line and I was discussing with my peers what else we should order. The food is good but the service has gone down without the younger lady.

RIPOFF!! 15% service fee and $1 fee for using a credit card on top of their already outrageous prices. You're paying for full service, but getting teriyaki quality sushi... too much rice (salty!) on their rolls and small portions. They don't have cups so expect to pay for bottled water if this review doesn't deter you. Another annoyance is their TV menus are always changing screens so you can't get a good look at the menu, probably so you don't notice the ridiculous prices.Being in Marysville, my expectations were already low but they somehow still managed to disappointed me. The staff seemed nice enough, but this place shouldn't be in business.
Price is higher than other similar restaurants, compulsory 15% service fee, $1 card fee. Why people rate more than 1 star? Chirashi didn't come with whole piece of sashimi but come with poke meat & sour source, no eel, no shrimp, no scallop....it is not Chirashi. Looooool roll taste sour & salty, DO NOT recommend.

Silently charged you 15% service charge upfront. If you are not aware of this, you may have given double tip when you sign after order. Can't believe there is still a bad restaurant forces customer to pay tips, it lost the meaning of tips which should be a reward to good service, not bad attitude. Don't be a fool, won't go again. Chirashi costs >$20 but Just Poke is way better than them, yet you can have many toppings in Just Poke. This restaurant chopped the fish into tiny pieces, mixed with strange source, bad taste. Shouldn't Chirashi come with thick fresh fish slices? Don't recommend this bad restaurant!

Dont go, they charged you 15% for tips automatically without telling you before providing any service. U have to order & pay upfront at the cashier. I looked on their cashier and ask what is 15% charge, the lady said this charge must have, like you owe her, how bad is the attitude! If I didnt notice that, I may give another 15-20% tips again. I just found reviews mentioned this double tips trap. Bad business practice.

I was a witness of how the Lady Owner ( who is always at checkout) horribly disrespectful treated Uber and Door Dash Delivery drivers ! on a multiple occasions! That was very sad to watch ! We live in USA were people respect each other!
