Most recently, I placed an order for both a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and a regular Quarter Pounder. Not only were the burgers missing the correct sauces and vegetables, but they were topped only with mayo, mustard, and diced onions—condiments typically found on your cheeseburgers. Additionally, it was apparent that old grease was used to prepare both the chicken and fries, resulting in noticeably poor taste and texture.
This isn’t an isolated incident. Every interaction I’ve had with the night crew at this location has been consistently abysmal. Issues have included: • Missing items • Lack of response at the drive-thru during specific hours • Zero quality control before handing off orders • Disregard for food freshness and safety
Based on the reviews for this franchise, I am clearly not alone in these experiences. However, this most recent visit demonstrated a blatant and unacceptable level of carelessness that bordered on malice. I am now seriously concerned about potential food safety violations—especially regarding the reuse of grease and improperly prepared food.
I strongly urge a formal investigation into the night shift’s operations, food preparation protocols, and customer service practices at this location.

Me and my son come here so he can play with the kids in the play place and every time we come here if we don't order at the front kiosk we wait 40+ minutes for food, the dining area is a disgusting trash mess, the kids play place is filthy and full of food, the floors are never mopped and I constantly see 5+ people standing next to the front window talking and giggling to one another, I'm not normally a review writer but this is the 8th time we've come here in 3 months and the state of this restaurant is always the same and I felt like it needed to be vocalized

I ordered thru mobile order, and can’t pick up my order cause I had semi-truck. By their police you must to have a car after this I take uber to get my order unfortunately their system stop working so they told me cancel order. So I wasted my money and my time.

We just came here a few days ago. Staff was short, restaurant inside was not very clean at all, the bathrooms were way worse.
The food we got was refried in old oil. We had to ask for a fresh batch of majority of our meal and it was below mediocre. Unfortunately no photos were taken because we waited for our food for so long with it being late and just wanted to leave. The app was acting up a bit but got resolved within 30 mins. Make sure it works first.
