Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

Showed up at 8:55 and was turned away because she said they were closed. The sign says 9pm

I don’t usually do reviews the girls were nice, but this place is so disgusting if you start looking around, you will see that it has not been cleaned or deep cleaned in so long. I’m surprised nobody’s got sick. It’s pretty freaking nasty and I hope that somebody reads this and starts disinfecting on cleaning. The chairs were so gross that we wouldn’t even sit in them. original tart flavor was very off.. i’m thinking it was spoiled or the machine hasn’t been cleaned. hopefully that isn’t the case, but the flavor was just so off. also, if i have to enter my phone number to get my points why do i have to download an app to be able to use them. it’s lame and an inconvenience. this place does offer a lot of toppings though if you like to load it up. however the woman working the counter was very nice

I do not understand why Menchies can't make cakes during holiday times. I guess you shouldn't have a birthday around a holiday

Pros: Good variety of yogurt flavors and lots of toppings. Good pricing.

Cons: Like all frozen yogurt places, it's all self serve. No problem at all. There is a problem however when the person is ringing you up and it asks for a tip. Are you serious? I did all the work, put the yogurt in my own cup, put my own toppings on. Who am I tipping? The cashier for ringing me out? Getting really fed up with all these businesses asking tips for doing literally absolutely nothing. Just because of that, that explains a lot of how you are as a business owner and I will not come back.

Not to mention the 1 person who was ringing me out was anything but pleasant.

Went there for the first time the other day with my kids. I'm not a yogurt kind of person but this place was really good. My kids had fun and the lady working there was so nice and kind. Now my family and I planning on going there ever Sunday.

I look forward to coming here for the Monday fill ups, however I need the no sugar added and frequently it is empty and they never change the flavor. It is always strawberry. I can live with strawberry only, but maybe have another spot with no sugar only. Also this time when we came in, there were two empty regular flavors also.

that old lady who works at the counter is so beyond disrespectful and ignorant, she screamed at me for doing absolutely nothing but be there. please never take your kids here!!

Staring hard at your customers at all times makes them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome
