The lady who helped us was great, but the guy with red hat had a little attitude. She asked him to grab the vinegar, and he made an annoyed face. Then when my son changed his mind about the vinegar, and the guy had to put it away. He then made another face like he was being bothered.

This was absolutely the worst MOD experience I’ve ever had. It took so long for the to make the two pizzas in front of us and then it was slow and like pulling teeth to get a proper amount of toppings. Then it took twice as long as normal to cook and 2 min after they gave us our food, announced loudly that they closed in five minutes so unless we’re waiting for a pizza, please vacate. We will not come back to this location. No wonder they had no business. The 3 gentlemen seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there and didn’t want to be bothered with customer service.

I came two nights in a row while visiting in the area. These kids are very hard workers and are friendly on top of it. They were running and serving between online orders and in person but always remained upbeat. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was top notch. Maybe I’ll go a third night in a row! The priority was getting customers their pizzas so the dining room was a disaster and the seats are ripped and super uncomfortable but to-go is how I tend to go. Draft beer was advertised but unavailable so these seem like management issues. Great front of house though.

This location so inconsistent. I feel like I have never seen the same employee twice and my experience is always very different. The food is usually always good though despite the bad service except for last night I experienced bad service and not so great food either. Both employees had a bad attitude and my salad was mess. My friend ordered a pizza and that was a mess too.
