Really slow service, the guys working there were just messing around on their phones the entire time. We also ordered a salad and they didn’t bother to tell us that they had no forks left. After i asked the cashier if they had any more forks (after paying) he just laughed.

2 stars for the friendly employee! BUT..Honestly, the most disappointed I have been in a long time with a pizza joint. We had high hopes as we tried out another MOD pizza place down in Oregon and it was amazing! This one however (Located in Marysville WA) I do not recommend (maybe we just came at the wrong time?! Idk but still!) unless you want to overpay and end up with a pizza that is not well made with the thickness of a paper plate, size that doesn’t even fill the size of the pizza box, and toppings not evenly dispersed lol. MOD in Marysville please do better 😂🍕

My order was basically the opposite I asked/paid for. Example: Asked for extra sauce received basically no sauce. Door dash Delivery person was great. Actual food disappointed.

Literally gave us the wrong pizza. When I called they said they cant do anything about. Dont both coming here
Ordered carry-out 30 min before closing, I left a $20 tip (50% tip) for two pizzas and a salad that took like 5 minutes. Clearly nobody wanted to be there, they made the salad wrong, were very short, and just made sloppy pizzas. I don't need a huge reaction for a good tip but a nod or a thank you would be cool. I'd only ever come back for lunch, much better quality at lunch time.
I've previously worked closing shifts at pizza places for 7 years of my life that were much busier. I get it.... one time I started closing early and someone came in late 2 min before closing.. I pulled out all the ingredients from the walk-in and made a solid pizza. I had to re-clean everything. Sure it wasn't awesome but I didn't just slop together a pizza and throw it around. My feelings aren't my customers problem.

I ordered my fiancé and I two pizzas off DoorDash from this mod location. Unbeknownst to me I ordered within the last hour of when this establishment was closing and the employees seemingly felt some type of way about it. They dumped disgusting amounts of finishing sauces on our pizzas. Buffalo and balsamic glaze, rendering the pizzas totally inedible. DoorDash gave me a full refund for your bitterness. But what a waste of food… Don’t you worry mod employee/s, we will be in tomorrow to speak with your manager. Absolutely disgusting behavior on your part, grow up and do better.
