Ordered from store and it was delivered through doordash. Delivery instructions were not followed and order was incorrect. The only way to report is through an automated phone number or to the store which did not answer. Uber/grubhub have better customer service guess ordering directly from the store gets the worst delivery app service and no resolution to incorrect food.

I order from here all the time for the last 3 years. They sent my order out cold and missing 2 pizzas and 2 sides and a drink. When I called and spoke to someone she told me she couldn’t help me and put me on hold again for the manager Morgan. Then manager Morgan told me I had to reorder my whole order THEN she’d refund me. But I still would have to wait over an hour because she busy. I asked I went and picked it up? She still told me I’d have to wait for her to make the order. She was so rude and short and I will never order there again. Worst service ever on A typically 60$ order

I purchased a Shaq pizza thinking it was a decent deal; it was not. No sauce, missing cheese and cold on arrival.

Whenever I order a large pizza it's always a medium sized Pizza in a large box. There's always way too much flour on the dough so it tastes chalky, also a 50% chance they don't cut your pizza all the way. while waiting for food inside you see unsanitary things. Like for example this evening I saw someone sneezing in their coat walking towards the sink. I thought oh cool he's going to wash his hands. Nope turned around and went back to cutting pizza after sneezing all over himself. This location needs to be retrained so badly.... Needless to say I'm definitely not ordering from here anymore this is not my first experience that I've had like this from this location. Very sad because it's so close to me.

Yummy carryout pizza and price! And you can get papa dough to apply to your next purchase, if you sign-up for their rewards program. It adds up! Our carryout experience has been positive, but awhile back we had delivery and it was expensive, as I think it was through doordash. Just make sure to double-check cost of course....

I order my food at 4:47. Was to be delivered in 29 minutes. At 5:10 I recieved notice it would be delivered by door dash. Waited until 5:58, still no order.
Called the store and wad informed by the manager, Roxy, that the door dasher was waiting for another order before she leaves. Mind you the notice I got said Mathew would be delivering.
This was over an hour after I placed my order! I tried to explain to Roxy that I had not ordered through door dash, nor would I ever, because I like my food hot. I went on to tell Roxy that is was unacceptable customer service. She states, "It's not my fault it's door dash". Again, I did not order through door dash.
At that point I canceled my order and will never order from Papa John's again.

After ordering ahead on the app, the delivery never came. There was no call/text/notification from Papa Johns until I called. Apparently the order was cancelled (?), and I was refunded, but I was given no rationale and no offer to compensate for the miss.

Worst customer service I've had at a papa Johns, I've worked for papa John's in the past and just recently moved to the area and I will never be going to this one ever again. The guy on the phone was very rude and kept talking over me while I was trying to place my order and then didn't even type in my address correctly after my repeating it several times before sending my order with a DoorDash person who just slammed it on my porch without even a knock on the door.

Im a delivery driver that frequently picks up from here. The last couple of times this place has only had ONE employee.. running this all by herself. Management should be ashamed.. that is no way to run a business but most importantly .. treat your employees!
Safe to say I will be filing a lawsuit against this Papajohns for cross contamination dermatitis, I am only allergic to nuts, first meal I’ve eaten in 12 hours, just a normal pepperoni pizza and then I fell into anaphylactic shock, really badly to the point where I had to use a epipen. I have saved the other slices, keeping it frozen to be sent to a lab that does allergy testing and will be showing evidence to lawyer. Life is serious and this could have ended really badly.

Ordered one large pizza for delivery, restaurant put it through doordash. Doordasher delivered the wrong pizza. After calling to try and get our scenario fixed the manager resorted to using vile language and hung up on my mother. Drove to the store to speak with him (Jakob) and he was very unprofessional. Instead of asking what the problem was or trying to resolve the situation in any way, he points to the phone numbers listed on the glass at the front of the store and said to call his supervisor.
Amazing place and staff is so nice there are also fast at making orders
