On more than one occasion we have tried calling and they don’t answer the phone. We get the text message specials and then when we come in (because they didn’t answer) we get told they don’t do those or those are for online orders only even if that is not stated in the message. Just frustrating. Like the food. Not so much the service.

Customer service is not what it used to be.
My husband ordered a pizza and monkey bread online. He picked it up and when he got home realized he didn't get the monkey bread. We called them to let them know and they didn't answer the phone, we continued to call for over an hour with no answer. I had to leave a house full of guests to get the monkey bread. When I got there and was explaining what happened I was rudely interrupted by the associate and directed...
