Apparently they cheaped out at use doordash now instead of actually delivery people, With heated bags like a pizza should be delivered in, They did not include any of the sauces I ordered, The pizza was cold and soggy, The breadsticks, If you even call that bread sticks. Was a brick, (The door dash guy was pleasant, But cmon pizza hut. You have proven you dont give a shit delivery pizza by doordash). At least give the drivers heat bags, Will not order from this location, Or any pizza hut /door dash. PIZZA GETS DELIVERED IN HEAT BAG cheap ass’s

Service was terrible with the night crew, rude to customers on the phone who called to say their order was wrong, did not get my order correct they also hung up on me when I called to say they forgot part of my order that is supposed to be in the big box deal. Not sure how you leave half of the box out. This is the worst customer service I have had. Will definitely not be going back. Staff were also blatantly disrespectful about customers telling each other to come over and look at this loser that just left. So disrespectful.

Ordered for pickup sent us home with the wrong food drove all the way home, to then turn around and drive all the way back didn't think I needed to check to make sure it's my food. I know stuff happens the reason I'm writing this Most importantly they didn't apologize!!!! On top of that the food we brought home that we touched before realizing it wasn't ours was then put back in the warmer to then give to the customer it was intended for.. Until my wife called them out. ohhh and u guessed it my 28 dollar order was warm at best pretty bummed pizza hut, all I need was a sorry
