The jalapeños were missing from my pizza and I only got 5 chicken wings rather than 6. This is the first time I have had an issue with this store and if the issue was they ran out, I would have liked to been notified and offered something else or a refind.

Food is okay...staff is rude. I ordered online for contactless curbside delivery and arrived as the ap said my order was ready. I tapped as it said, then waited...no one came out. I called and sat on hold for four minutes...no one answered. I called again and waited, the phone cut off. So I went in to get my order. The "lady" (i use that term extremely loosely) got my order and I said someone needs to answer the phone if we are supposed to call when we arrive. She looked at me and snapped "our phones don't work or someone would have answered it." I said "if they don't work you should put a sign out or something so we know that." She snarled something as she turned her back on me and walked away.

I placed an order for delivery tonight and the pizza was late, so 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, I called the store. They proceeded to tell me that they did not get my order and took 5 minutes for them just to locate my order. I was then told that the driver had to turn around and go back to the store because part of the order was wrong, they had grabbed the wrong wings. When my order was finally delivered it was 15 minutes late and when I opened it up, it was barely warm to the touch. I had to reheat everything I ordered and didn’t end up eating half of it. I called the store to get my money back and I spoke with Pam, the manager, she was rude and not willing to help me. Not only did I get hung up on multiple times, I sat on hold for over 40 minutes just trying to resolve the situation. When I finally got ahold of the store again Pam was so rude to me and even started to argue with me, telling me that she knows the food wasn’t cold. I had ordered over $65 worth of food and she wasn’t even willing to credit me half of it. I have been a Pizza Hut loyalist for many years but this has me reconsidering it. I have never dealt with worst customer service in my life. I am also not the only one to deal with this problem at this store, after reading google reviews it seems to happen quite often. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I order by mistake wrong pizza. When you go to pick up . Then . I see it’s wrong order. It’s my mistake. But when i talk to manage ANNA She’s not deal me friendly . Very mad look me like criminal . Just Said me . You can order another pizza. Whatever you want. . she’s have to know how to talk Custmor. Like friendly. She’s sooooooooooo rude ugly

Ordered a pizza to go .the one at the top of list with variety of meat. Checked it before I left few pieces of peperoni, few little specs of ham and a very thin layer of cheese. They wouldn't fix it so I asked for my money back. They wanted to argue with me alot

I like the flavors of the crust beter than others, and really enjoyed the pasta. It was delivered quickly and was hot and fresh.

Make sure the food is hot to medium. Our pizza and boneless chicken wings were room temperature. This has never happened in our lives. We still ate most of it cause we were hungry, but still.
