Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I've taken to killing time here writing, and with the minimal distractions it really helps in getting work done at this location. Been a long time fan of Pochi's, this newer location is no different.
The boba has flavor! I'm a massive fan of their coconut milk and Ube crema. They have a loyalty program though I haven't figured out how I earn. I finally was able to redeem for a free drink - at 30 points.
Parking: If you park in front of the tanning salon, beware of the chain fence that blocks the dumpster. We've backed into it when it was left all the way open.

First time here we ordered the blue lagoon and the watermelon slush. Both super delicious and the watermelon slush tastes so fresh. Great inviting atmosphere and great customer service.
