This experience was interesting to say the least — when entering we were immediately sat down. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to ask what we would like to drink which was okay cause she was busy with all the other tables in the main area of the restaurant. She was sweet and clearly pregnant; she was one of the very few staff members I witness actively working. The main thing that caught my eye is my sister and I had been waiting for our food and I could not stop staring at all the used tables surrounding us. It took over 30 minutes for anyone to address cleaning these tables and by the time we had left, there were still unclean tables. I understand being understaff but it was transparent there was plenty of staff standing by and around the kitchen talking that could’ve helped clean. Shout out to our pregnant waitress for serving/checking in on guests and also helping clean those tables (the only reason this review is not 1 star).

Took FOREVER to get our order taken. I had to get up and find our server to tell them we were ready to order. We about walked out and went somewhere else. We were there an hour before ever getting our food. Freaking insane

You know when Red Robin was good it was good these days its pretty much gone downhill. They say bottomless fries yeah you mean like ten fries to a burger used to be like two huge handfuls and if you ask for more it's like a look like there's a potato shortage. Went there two nights ago for pre-birthday dinner i ordered the teriyaki pineapple chicken burger had flavor but the chicken was so small and the pineapple was tough as hell. My kid had fish and chips I was confused cause it seriosly looked like they over deep fried the fish to make greasy chips with and no bottomless fries like 10 fries. My son had the ribs he hated them, they were ok but not to his likings. Really the only thing that was good was the service and drinks and the few fries and I forgot the onion tower. Yeah seems like one big complaint but oh well Red Robin used to be really good but unfortunately another fun establishment thats gone down hill years back. As a recommendation bottomless fries is like two to three handfuls like you guys used to do ask your customers how they like there ribs fall off the bone or cooked and well seasoned make your chicken burgers to burgers better. Maybe treat your employees better and maybe they cook better. Don't waist your time at the smokey point Red Robin go else where.

Happened today about 5:25 Saturday. We got seated underneath the baseball flag. We waited for about 15-25 mins without one person walking about and acknowledging us. The damn shift leader was literally right next to us not even a word from her. I understand we got parties to take care of but you got other families to focus on as well. Best of luck RR. Lose another customer

Our waitress was great, but it seems like every time we go to a Red Robbins, we're seated right by or near people with birthdays. Wish they had a section just for those things and another where it's not so loud. Especially after a long day at work.
