Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Happened today about 5:25 Saturday. We got seated underneath the baseball flag. We waited for about 15-25 mins without one person walking about and acknowledging us. The damn shift leader was literally right next to us not even a word from her. I understand we got parties to take care of but you got other families to focus on as well. Best of luck RR. Lose another customer

Our waitress was great, but it seems like every time we go to a Red Robbins, we're seated right by or near people with birthdays. Wish they had a section just for those things and another where it's not so loud. Especially after a long day at work.

My experience at RR today was not the greatest. Service was not great. I ordered the Avo Cobb salad and did not get Avacodo or the boiled egg. I told server and I got 2 slices of avo, and no egg. The lettuce what there was of it was wilted. Not going back? RR’s quality has gone in the toilet

With $4 margaritas, they have the best happy hour in Marysville. Unfortunately, they've made it so you can only have happy hour in the bar, and that gets full very quickly. The food is decent and the bottomless fries are great. It's a fun place to eat with very good hamburgers.

Good burgers lack of service for small parties I hope they change it will still come back great place to bring your kids and family or friends

Service was fine. Just took a crazy long time to get any food. Ended up not having what I ordered. Suggest checking out another restaurant in the area.

We arrived at 6 pm and we're told 30 minutes, at 67 minutes I asked when our table would be ready to find out we are not on the list. Now 7:20 and still not seated

After me and my family were seated, we waited 20 whole minutes until a waiter finally noticed us. She took our order then felt bad because we had to wait for so long, so she gave us an appetizer on the house. Spoiler: It was not on the house, we still had to pay for it. Our drinks came back another 30 minutes of waiting and then we got our food almost 45 minutes after that. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the wait. Service was horrible and I would not recommend.

Went there with my family on Saturday host was so rude with attitude sat us down then some other lady came to tell us to move to another location. Sorry but if you don’t like your job then that’s not the place to work in. Got out things and walked out.
