Melissa are surver should me manager if not district manager for several locations! She had multiple hi needs tables including owners and she was on the spot for everything! Never needed to ask for more Fry's or refills she was on it. When she wasn't taking care of the 9 tables she was doing all the cleaning and table prep then seeing where are Fry's where. Making sure here table's where all being taken care of.
Tires out not only was she hanging more that she should have been at work but she has been without power ar here home for the last three days due to the storm and has been trying to take a shower and laundry over to here and here in laws. Yeah ..

Peyton was an excellent server/bartender. I was helped right away at about 11am and she got me refills on my drink and fries very promptly.
As always the food was great and she didn't make me feel self-conscious about choosing to fill up on fries and take my burger home.
I spoke to the manager, Courtney, and she was very quick to come out and talk to me. Courtney was delighted to hear nice things about her staff.

Servers never come back to table after serving food, no offer on bottomless fries or drinks ever. Food comes out cold 90% of the time. Cant ever get their attention, they ACTIVELY ignore customers. This is the worst red robin i have ever been too. 😵💫

If it's not a burger, it's mostly frozen stuff (I had a server dump the kid's mac & cheese out of the plastic bag into their bowl tableside, once, when they forgot to do it in the kitchen), but what are you really expecting?
Feels like service had gone down and prices have gone way up since COVID. It used to be a reasonable place to feed a small family, but it's just not worth the price any more. Oh well...

Frequent Red Robin goer. This is my wife and I’s first time at this location. My wife ordered the banzai burger with an impossible patty and the raspberry limeade to drink. Our server was nice enough to replace the drink and not charge us for it The drink was not very flavorful.
Our food took a long time to come out. The pineapple in her banzai burger was very hard and barely warm and her fries were cold. My food was good and our server offered refills of our fries.
Our server was great but the food had multiple issues.

Man do I gotta shout out to my boy ben for HOOKING ME UP! I mean like every time bro came buy he was offering drinks! also can I just say top tier memorization on that guy bro remembered a full tables worth of drinks. And dont even get me started on the food like ive never eaten a meal and been so wowed. Thanks for making it a night to never forget. P.S Highly recommend the root beer floats

I called this Red Robin to place a call-ahead for a party of nine and was told that it “wasn’t a thing” and that we would just have to wait like everyone else. When I asked for clarification on how the call-ahead process worked, I was put on hold and transferred to another person who repeated the same response without any attempt to explain. I completely understand that reservations may not be accepted, but if “call-ahead seating” is being advertised, staff should at least be able to explain the process politely and clearly.
For comparison, I called the Everett Red Robin immediately after, and the associate there was extremely helpful. She explained the call-ahead process, added my name to the list, and I received a confirmation text within seconds. The contrast in professionalism and customer service between the two locations was very noticeable.

This experience was interesting to say the least — when entering we were immediately sat down. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to ask what we would like to drink which was okay cause she was busy with all the other tables in the main area of the restaurant. She was sweet and clearly pregnant; she was one of the very few staff members I witness actively working. The main thing that caught my eye is my sister and I had been waiting for our food and I could not stop staring at all the used tables surrounding us. It took over 30 minutes for anyone to address cleaning these tables and by the time we had left, there were still unclean tables. I understand being understaff but it was transparent there was plenty of staff standing by and around the kitchen talking that could’ve helped clean. Shout out to our pregnant waitress for serving/checking in on guests and also helping clean those tables (the only reason this review is not 1 star).
