I had a great experience at this place with delicious boba, unfortunately I could never stay and play games due to the overwhelming smoke smell. Like some other reviews have mentioned there is a strong smell of smoke that comes from the shared ventilation with the smoke shop next door. Not sure if the owners have tried industrial level air purifiers (I know larger casinos use this) to deal with this problem.

My family and I have been visiting this location since it opened. My husband and kids all vary in their selections but I always get the same thing. Recently there has been 3 times now when my kiwi tea has no kiwi in it. Yesterday on top of no kiwi, the aiyu jelly had a weird gritty texture and when I dumped it out the jelly was in one huge blob. Of course I never notice until after I leave that my drink is incorrect (I get it with no ice so I can have it later), otherwise I would return it to have it remade. The fact that a very simple drink is missing a key ingredient repeatedly is frustrating at best. I love my drink when it is made correctly but the inconsistency lately is disappointing.🤯
