I had the pleasure of tasting these cupcakes for the first time this weekend and wow!
I do a lot of cupcake tasting and as of now I can say these are my new favorite. I tasted a few different flavors and they all did not disappoint.
The frosting was so light and creamy and not too sweet 🤤💜
The cake itself was so... I don't even know how to explain how yummy it was. 😋

I used to love buying cakes here, but after our recent purchase creativity & quality has really gone downhill. I hope they can turn things around, but will no longer be purchasing cakes for my friends or family here. We pre-ordered the cake two weeks in advance; even forgot to put any writing on the cake. In times past this place has hit the mark, but this last cake for $170 was a big dud; baffled by the egregious disregard for quality and creative freedom.

I got a three tier wedding cake from Simply Caketastic in August of 2024 and I'm still thinking about it today and wishing I could have more haha!
Not only was it beautifully made and delivered at a reasonable price, but the taste of the cake, filling, and even the fondant was truly unbeatably delicious.
I will definitely be coming back to Simply Caketastic for future cake needs. If you are uncertain, they offer a great sample box of cake flavors, filling, and frosting so that you can be sure it's the right fit for your event!

Excellent. From ordering to eating the cake. Perfection. The cake is absolutely stunning. the cake decorator brought my nieces birthday vision to life. And it was delicious. When I asked the birthday girl her fav part of the celebration, she said it was the cake! Can’t recommend them enough. ??

I wanted to write a review as I feel it is needed immediately. First let me start off and say my best friend had her cupcakes for her baby shower made at this bakery and they were so good and outstanding, I had to have this bakery make my 3 kiddos birthday party nintendo switch pull a part cupcake cake. This bakery does an amazing job HANDS DOWN. The staff was very polite and very informative. I have no words for the nasty/negative reviews recently posted on this bakerys reviews as I am just not seeing the disappointment some of these reviews state. They did an excellent job on our pull a part cup cake cake, the frosting/butter cream isn't overly sweet but just the right amount of sweet. The cake was indeed moist and delicious, most the kids at our party were asking for extras. I will absolutely be coming back to this bakery for future birthdays and just to randomly stop in and have a sweet treat. This was my very first time purchasing at this bakery and they have won themselves a new locked in very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this bakery. Thank you simply caketastic for the amazing outstanding 5 star service!!

Stay away from this company if you’re doing a gender reveal. My wife showed up today to pick up her cake at 9:56am. She walks in and the cashier reads back her order staying “a cake dyed ____” proceeding to her the gender of our baby before our reveal. My wife called me a 9:59am distraught that the surprise was ruined.
I called the bakery at 10:07am to tell them their error which she lied and denied giving us the gender. We called my wife’s sister who ordered the cake and confirmed we were correct. Their staff continues to deny telling us, making my pregnant wife feel crazy even though we are100% correct. My wife walked in not knowing the gender and left knowing and this team continues to lie.
The register lady even lied stating there was two people at the register when my wife checked out which is also a huge lie. There was one person checking out and the other was in the kitchen not paying any attention to the conversation.
The owner now backs their lying staff. You should check your security footage, you’d probably have a lot of answers from that.
Terrible company that’s dishonest. If they took accountability for the mistake (we are all humans we make mistakes) we would have let this be. But they continue to lie and prove they are unethical and don’t deserve any business from expecting mothers. They’ll make you feel crazy for their errors.

This review isn’t based on the look or taste of the cake. I’m giving this location a one star cause they ruined my sisters gender reveal. My sister went to pick up her cake and someone behind the counter was talking about the cake to themselves. They said what color the cake was inside, while in earshot of my sister. My sister has spent time and money to plan this party and the main event is to cut open the cake and to finally know the gender. And because of this bakery that moment gotten taken from her. I called and they are denying anyone said that. Someone said it my sister clearly heard them. And they aren’t doing anything about it to help make it right. My sister paid $60 to have her gender reveal ruined. So if anyone wants to use this bakery I wouldn’t recommend it for a gender reveal.
Amazing Dessert! Everyone loved the cupcakes, brownie bites, and mousse cups that we had at our wedding. Our wedding cake was just how we imagined and the flavors were incredible. Can't wait to order more in the future.
