I would like to leave this rating for Jason the manager that claimed that he was the owner when I asked for the manager, but this is the second time that I dealt with him. the first time was about a milkshake that was watery, and he tried to argue me down and tell me that’s how they were made and I told him no I come here all the time they’re not made like that and he argued me that's how they are made. I said I come here all the time and I never received my milkshake like a protein drink. He still tried to tell me that that’s how you make it, but he made me another one. tonight I come through and over the speaker I asked for the smasher combo meal and I say french fries and I say strawberry shake no whipped cream no cherry he said double smasher ,I said is that the six dollar combo meal he says yeah so I come to the window he say $14 or something cents I said no, it’s 853. obviously, if the person say is that the six dollar combo meal that means that’s not the double smasher. But he couldn’t comprehend that he made it seem like I said double but if somebody says, is that the six dollar combo do you guys have a six dollar combo smasher meal? No it’s the single one so that means that I want the six dollar combo single one.. so I go give him $10 thought it was complete 53 so that means thatt I’m expecting two dollars back but instead of him saying you only gave me $.47 which he claims $.47 he gives me a dollar and all his change back so I said you could’ve told me that I was a little short cause obviously I was expecting two bucks if I gave you $10 with the $.53 he’s gonna argue me down on that. first I said is I’m short they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I when I said that because him giving me change, he wanted to argue me down. He just never accepts his wrongs, and that’s my second time ever dealing with him the other times never ever has no problem with nobody else there he’s the only one. so I just called to ask for a manager name and he said well I said you said you’re the owner he said no I said I’m the manager of the other dude he so I asked to speak to the manager of him. He said she works only on weekends and said Monday, and I said a weekend is not a Monday. I said see you don’t never hear me right you want to argue and you just said that the weekend ,do you mean a weekday and he wanna argue with me about that. you know him saying a weekend and I corrected him on that and he once again argued Me about that then tried to compare my 47cents mistake which I had the extra change to all his wrongs. I don’t understand why he just wanna argue every wrong he does and like I said that’s the second time ever dealing with him ever. Everybody else is great no issue no problem but Jason. needs to be fired or something. Thin patties of anything meat, shredded lettuce, very salty. Crinkle fries were crispy outside soft inside and hot and perfectly salted. Watertown were crunchy outside but cold so didn't eat many. Nice crushed ice, bitable!! Mossarella sticks are decent but the marinara sauce is robust and sweet not ideal.

I got some chili tots the same way I have gotten it probably 5-10 times from the Marysville location every time it’s pretty loaded and this time it didn’t even fill the bottom. Not something crazy just a bit irritating

absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! my burger is burnt to a CRISP the only way it has any flavor is because it’s burnt. the pickles taste expired and the cheese looks grey. never again!!!
I've eaten at this location a few times. The milkshakes are always delicious and they accommodated a late night craving for banana and chocolate together. 😁 Unfortunately, the burgers have been okay to meh. The last one I got was flat and watery.
