Worst none existence service ever. Waited 10 minutes after pushing the order button, walked up to drive thru window to asked how long we have to wait. She said she would get on it. Waited another 5 minutes no service. Love sonic lost ours in Ferndale. Won't be back at this location

Second visit to this Sonic. I decided I like the whole car hop thing (on a nice day), but when it’s busy, staff can forget an item and have to make a second trip. It also takes a long time to get this fixed. Otherwise staff are very courteous and pleasant. My sandwich was again hot and not greasy. They gave me tots instead of fries as ordered, but those were excellent, too.

Slow service at the walk-up menu.Cold "old" chewy fries overly salted.Paid for bacon, and can almost see it.No napkins. ?Good location ? and they gave ketchup for the fries I won't eat.

food was good, I received all my food and didn't make any errors. The Large size milkshakes are HUGE. They were 10/10. I would go back just for the milkshakes. Mozzarella Sticks were very good also. Fast drive thru wait time and will come back.

I’ve been to a lot of Sonic’s and sadly I’ve been to this one half a dozen times and never been able to order a single thing. The kids here who are working intentionally avoid work to the point you could be the only person in line and they take 10 minutes to even acknowledge your existence and when they do it’s with attitude that makes you leave. Can’t wait for this location to close so the real estate can’t be used by a competitor.

I love Sonic, I came for my usual, but last Wednesday I had the worst customer service. Some white girl with freckles was working window. She was so rude and there was a pinkish hair in my drink. Everyone else is so nice, it’s so disappointing seeing someone like her work there. Sonic please keep her in check.

This was my son's and my first time eating at Sonic, and it was early afternoon so there was hardly anyone there. The food was good, the service was fantastic. The young hostess smiled the entire time we were served. It's been literally decades since I was at a place that reminds me of outdoor service drive up fast food that I enjoyed with my family when I was a young kid, brought right to your car. My son and I talked about drive-in movie theaters as a result of the vibe. Thanks for the experience!

The order taker was rude and rushed through the order. She raised her voice when we didn't respond. We were trying to get no onions on my hamburger, but she wouldn't give a chance to finish this and moved on to the next order. We didn't raise our voice or be disrespectful. We just left and went next door to eat.

Pulled up to the order board and pressed the button. Waited about a minute and a half and she finally answered to tell us they were only accepting orders through the drive thru. She was so smug when she told us that, followed by “Have a nice day” in the most condescending tone. I’m not sure why they can’t put a sign the many order boards. Won’t be going here again, especially after the employee that was so unwelcoming. She’s costing you money, literally.
