Waiting for 40 min for one coffee.
Bad service. Many years customers and this is worst star bucks. Wow. I gave up and I am out without coffee

Lady cleaning the windows was not inclined to give me the bathroom code when I asked for it. I told her it was just a quick stop as I was on a delivery. Her hesitancy made me uncomfortable, and her obvious attempt at making a sale put me off of buying anything. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Don't bother asking for anything custom. Light ice = cup literally filled to the top with ice. Poured 4.5 oz of actual coffee out at the store up the road who replaced the drink free after seeing how absurd it was. Extra toasted = barely warm. Extra hot = room temp. Three times in a row I went and got the opposite of what I asked for. And last time I went into the store there was an 11 minute wait between getting my food and getting my drink. #neveragain

I ordered a kids hot chocolate for my 6-year old from the drive through this afternoon. It didn’t feel hot to the touch (didn’t realize it was double-cupped) so I didn’t think to test the temperature before giving it to her. Also because as a former Starbucks barista, I knew that kids drinks were supposed to be steamed no hotter than 100 degrees.
She takes a sip and screamed that it was too hot, then cried some more because she spilled it on her stomach and legs when jerking the cup away from her mouth. I tried it myself, and it was SCALDING hot, even hotter than the drink I’d ordered for myself. I temped it myself when I got home. 50 minutes after the drink had been given to my child, it was 121 degrees. 20 degrees hotter than it should have been nearly an HOUR after the fact. I didn’t bother driving back to complain because I had a horrible experience the last time I drove back to this location asking for not one but two botched drinks to be remade. But you can bet that I reported this incident to corporate. Someone needs to be retrained, if not fired.
Kid-friendliness: Don’t trust that your child’s drink will be made at kid-safe temperatures! My 6 year old was burned very badly by a scalding kids cocoa made by a careless employee.

Had a young male take my order 12/29 around 12pm in the drive thru (didn't get his name). Amazing customer service experience! I would love him to work for me, will be going back!

Every time I go in the morning I have an awful experience. They thrust the drinks out at you the second you get to the window, regardless if payment is in hand, and then look at you like you’re the problem trying to juggle and hand them payment. The tall blonde has been the worst, three times in a row the exact same interaction. She dead pans you with a how are you that she spits out so fast while thrusting your stuff at you, I feel like I have to prepare myself before going to this location. I’m not looking for a Dutch brothers experience, but I’m also not paying $15 for a drink and a snack to be thrust at me like I have been an inconvenience. Yesterday morning my car wasn't even stopped before she stood snd stared at me with a drink out the window while i tried to pull up quickly.

Ordered two drinks via Uber Eats and one cup was written on saying “Happy Wednesday”. Today is Sunday. Are they recycling cups? I called to ask and was told oh it may have been a cup from last week or they did not know what day it was. This is concerning.

Not sure what was going on, but 20 minutes from time of order to get through the drive through for 2 food items and a medicine ball drink.
I’m imagining poor staffing, but this is a repeat typically on weekends

The place looks great now that it is expanded. They seemed a little short staffed. On a Saturday afternoon, there were only two employees and they were working extremely hard to fill orders

Customer service was below my standards for Starbucks. They did not care about my health concerns. Will not return to this location
Very slow service, not real friendly. Especially the male server. Clearly having a bad day. Had to ask for refund for a drink because we waited 10 minutes for our drink that wasn’t called out and sat on counter for a length of time. It wasn’t put on the correct column in alphabet either. Of our 4 drinks, 2 were made correct. The other 2 had issues that needed correcting. 😞

It seems like this store have communication problem. I called in for travelers pack to go. Came in on time to grab it. They didn't even had it in there notes, to make it and there excuse is, there is only 4 of us here.
