I alerted the staff that there was no toilet paper in the restroom I had just use. They literally told me that they knew there was no toilet paper, just hadn't gotten around to it yet. The store has been open for an hour and twenty minutes at this point and I was very disappointed, I had just used the restroom, and there was no t.p....what is this, 2020 covid times?

Absolutely horrible. They remade my drink twice. I went in they purposely made me wait 15 minutes because they were up mad. I know this because I saw them say again she wants a remake. The first time it was extremely bitter the second time it was pure water and whip cream even the guy at the counter said it doesn't look right. Unfortunately this isn't the first time at this location they might need to look at the management. Yes it's 4th of July but as I was standing there multiple orders were being challenged. It's expensive and not worth this.

Shoutout to ISVIC! I asked about the new Horchata Espresso, and not only did she give me the rundown, she recommended her own custom version — and it was fire! Super friendly, super helpful, and clearly knows her stuff. Thanks, Isvic, for making my drink (and day) better!

The food and drink were exactly as expected, so that was 4-5 stars. I could see my order sitting on the back counter but it took over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me so the service could definitely be better and the atmosphere was chaotic. There was only one other person waiting for a drink and another seated in the corner with a laptop so it wasn't busy inside but the music was really loud and at least 5 employees chatting and I assume helping the drive thru put off a bit of an anxious vibe. I wouldn't associate this Starbucks as somewhere I'd go to relax or get any Internet work done. Overall it was fine though, I'll most likely return due to the convenient location but if you're looking to meet for an interview or business I'd pick a different location.
