The food and drink were exactly as expected, so that was 4-5 stars. I could see my order sitting on the back counter but it took over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me so the service could definitely be better and the atmosphere was chaotic. There was only one other person waiting for a drink and another seated in the corner with a laptop so it wasn't busy inside but the music was really loud and at least 5 employees chatting and I assume helping the drive thru put off a bit of an anxious vibe. I wouldn't associate this Starbucks as somewhere I'd go to relax or get any Internet work done. Overall it was fine though, I'll most likely return due to the convenient location but if you're looking to meet for an interview or business I'd pick a different location.

First of all they are always short handed can wait 20 min in line. Went there for lunch ordered toasted cheese. And a drink. Drove across street to my work to eat I pulled out the sandwich and you can’t make this up two giant pieces of hair one dark and one blond. I took it back and she just threw it away I told her to look at it. They gave my money back and gave me 2 $4 cards . Meanwhile my lunch over and hungry and sick to my stomach. What happened to quality control it’s awful !

Stopped here early afternoon on a weekend on a road trip, one person ahead of me in line but waited 15 minutes for my drink. Everyone behind the counter was working hard on orders but efficiency was terrible. They need more support. Don’t stop here if you’re looking for a quick Starbucks trip
