If you’ve ever wondered what it smells like inside a gym locker that’s been sealed shut since 2004… just walk into this Subway.

The staff? Bro… smelled like they’d been marinating in straight armpit brine all day. I walked in and got hit with a wave of Eau de Body Odor so strong I thought it was a prank. Not one, not two — the WHOLE crew smelled like they were competing in a deodorant boycott challenge.

And the food? My sandwich came out cold, soggy, and somehow sadder than the atmosphere. Toasted? Nah. They looked at the toaster like it was an optional suggestion from corporate. I bit into it and swear I tasted pure disappointment.

Honestly, I wouldn’t let this crew make me a napkin, let alone a sandwich. This location either needs a management overhaul or a hazmat team. Franchise owners — DO BETTER.

DO 👏 NOT 👏 GO 👏 HERE.

Everytime I've come into this Subway location with coupons or aquiring about a deal that has been advertised 9x out of 10 they won't honor it. Then when you order your sandwich to be toasted, you see it go into the toaster, but it comes out just warm bread if that!!! Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the toaster isn't working well or maybe it's a newer employee but when the same exact problem has happened every time I've gone in there then obviously something is going on.

Placed an online order went to pick it up and they said they have no order for me. Shows they canceled my order and charged my account for my order already. Guy was super rude and wouldn’t honor our order. Kept repeating that the online order system has an issue and that I can dispute my charges with my bank. but if I want my food they will need to charge me again. If you have an ongoing issue with your online ordering then you shouldn’t be allowing orders to come through. Just to tell customers sorry I will need to double charge you since it shows no order.

Poor customer service!
For a $20 foot long it was all bread and no meat!!!
Bread was dried out and hard to bite into. So much garlic aoli, it was an aoli sandwich with a pinch of roast beef! I will never return. Jimmy John's all the way!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. I made a pickup order, showed up to it being canceled. So I waited, made another pick up order, and I literally watch them cancel it again right in front of me.

Ordering a sandwich in person is near impossible due to the lack of caring on the employees part.

We used to get great service when we went in here in the past. However it seems like the staff there now or rude. At least the last time I was ever in there that you gentlemen that we're working we're not helpful and very very rude. I think that it is now a franchise store. So that could make the difference.

Horrible! I was the only customer and the guy was sweeping the floor when I walked in. He didn't wash his hands and went to the counter to take my order. I said I wanted a #8 foot long on white. Then ordered a sweet onion teriyaki, foot long on a white bread. The guy gave me roast beef, thst is not a #8. Then at the end charged me $49.18 for 2 foot longs, 2 bottle drinks, and 2 chips. I called back the next day and the guy ofcourse couldn't find my order... I paid in cash but when I asked him to ring it up, he said it was $41.xx, so the guy the day before charged me $8.00 more.... marysville subway is a joke!
