Idk why you guys won't just toast my sandwiches when I order them toasted. ☹️ And ice cold steak sandwich is not the vibe. This has happened like 3 times now.

I want to complain about the price! I had 4 of the 6inch sandwich 🥪 and 2 drinks 1 bag of chips for $56 is way too much! They wouldn't accept any coupons I had and yes they were up to date.
I feel sad because I miss the $5 foot long 😢 thank you for letting my opinion be heard.

The only thing that I don’t like is that now every time you’re trying to pay, they’re asking for a tip. Anywhere you go everybody’s nowadays asking for tips.

As we were ordering our sandwiches I realized all of the veggies were frozen and wilted/old. Then I realized there was legit mold growing all over inside the case. Filthy and never seen a subway so disgusting. I pointed it out to my husband and told him there was no I way I eating there! They need to be reported to the DOH. Nasty

Would put zero stars if I could. Placed an order on the app to have it be canceled with no funds returned at 8:15pm. Called the store to have someone answer to then tell me they’re closed. Asking why when they’ve always been open until 9pm I was hung up on. I got out of my car to walk inside the restaurant WITH AN OPEN SIGN ON AND DOORS UNLOCKED to be told she already put everything away, therefore will not help me when clearly they were open and just did not want to make sandwiches and do their job as every platform states they’re open and their app even allowed me to place a pick up order because they close at 9pm. When asking for contact information of a superior to be in contact with I was told she doesn’t work there and doesn’t have any information. Will never be placing an order here again. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

Went here and they literally only put 2 slices of meat. I didn’t realize because they had the window where you watch them put the meat on the sandwich blocked. Then other toppings were put on top so I didnt notice until I got home. Kinda disappointed. Anyways not the best experience I’d rather go to a different location

I took chicken teriyaki Sandwich, it was well cooked and loaded with vegetables. I had very good experience with this store. Store ambiance was cozy and employee was giving good customer service.

At about 2:30pm I went in to order, 1 employee. It was not at all busy.I ordered a chicken /bacon ranch ft long. I get home, the bread was so hard could hardly eat it....what happened to the FRESH bread. This one had to have been there all morning/afternoon. The worse I have ever had from there.... that bread should have been tossed.

1. Watch guy sneeze all over ( didn’t cover mouth2. Used dirty gloves ( touched everything then returned to my sandwich) had to tell him to change them3. He dropped a cup on floor and handed it to customer4. When making sandwich, he slaps two tomato’s on when it needs to 4 on foot long , he piles everything in middle vs spreading out. He clumped mayo on . Then wiped the mayo knife off “ on top of my sandwich which I have to hold .5. He talked the whole time in ear pc while helping me.40 bucks for 3 sloppy sandwichesCrappy serviceThere are standards . At least provide them ! I once was sandwhich artist myself long ago . So I know this service and how he made it was lacking .. especially using contaminated gloves.
