Poor customer service from older employee, Jasvindra has stolen change from me while going through drive thru 2 times and now is deliberately messing up my order. I'm not sure what I did or said to upset the employee?
Watch your change you are supposed to receive while J. Is working because she will try and steal it!

I went through the drive thru. When I got to the speaker, there was no acknowledgment. A few minutes had passed & the employee asked if I was using the mobile app, in which I replied, "Not today." Again, dead silence, no asking, "What can I get for you?" ... nothing! Finally, the guy asks, "we're you going to order something?" I apologized as I was under the impression he may have been busy with something else. He responds argumentatively, "No, I was waiting on you." I proceeded with my order... 1 cheese quesadilla add sour cream, 1 Burrito supreme, 1 soft taco. I was given my total & went to the window. The same employee took my payment and gave my card back... he then began yelling at the kitchen team to hurry up because there were 4 cars in line in the DT(mind you, it had been maybe 30 seconds). He throws my order in a bag & hands it out the window to me. I left, as I was driving home, I asked my daughter to hand me my soft taco... not there 😮‍💨 whatever, I'll let it go, mistakes happen. I then asked her for my quesadilla. She hands it to me... when I say it was cold, it was literally COLD! I opened it up...tortilla cold, not one shred of cheese was melted, the sour cream & jalapeño sauce were in 1 single spot... disgusting! Come on, DO BETTER! Yes, "times" are important, but you know what is more important...QUALITY! When you are yelling at your kitchen team to hurry up, you are allowing them to fall short of
quality, unacceptable! Should anyone who works in management/corporate see this post(because there is no option for a survey on the receipt)I didn't get his name, but he had a very noticeable tattoo on his forearm: "Loyalty over love"
I won't be back, not that it matters to them!

Went there and they messed up my order went back because I live down the street and brought it back to him and the guy at the window threw a huge fit and was pissed off at me for messing up my order and when I said have a good day he ignored me 😂😂 like is it coming out of your pay check?? Was super unprofessional and uncomfortable because he didn’t wanna click a button to put no sour cream on my order lol 😂

horrible experience. I ordered on app. got there they had no potatoes and nothing could be fried and 2 of my items included potatoes. the guy was super rude when I asked to cancel. He told me to just figure it out! I still don't think I got the refund

I went to this Taco Bell today, I normally order online but this was spur of the moment so I went through the drive through and paid with my card. When I got home I realized they never gave me my card back, I checked my bank and found an additional taco bell purchase made on the card.

I would not trust this restaurant with my credit or debit card, I had to cancel my card and reported the transactions to my bank.

How are you gonna forget nacho cheese with the nacho fries TWICE! First time they forgot the extra cups we paid for, this time they didn’t even give us ANY cheese and instead gave us what I assume is cold ranch?? We didn’t order ranch! They’re called nacho fries for a reason!

Placed an online order for two items. Went to the drive through only to sit for probably 10 minutes before giving up to go pick up inside; the fool I am, thinking i could just grab my order and go.. but despite my putting in the order some 15 minutes prior, the order hadn't even been started. However I was assured it was being worked on now..... Queue 20 more minutes of waiting. And if I hadn't paid ahead of time, there wouldn't be a force on earth that could have me wait that long for a burrito. A
burrito which the first several bites of contained the entirety of the beef, followed by purely the rice, and wrapped up with the sloppy mess of all the sauces at the very end. At least the nacho fries were good. Shame they only give you half a cup, meaning you need to order an extra cup of cheese and pray to the taco gods that they actually remember to add it.

This place is very slow. Average wait time in the drive thru is 15 min. They always mess up orders and don’t give extras that you pay for.
