I dined expecting to just have regular fast food. Instead? I got really well-cooked food and an amazing experience. The staff were beyond friendly and full of smiles. I loved the cooks and I can tell they actually cared to get my order correctly. Thanks guys.

I’d tip if I could but I always mobile order and there is no option. The Taco Bell in my area is so bad compared to this one, they always give me the sauces I want, the napkins I need, and the experience I desire. They are always quick to make the order and quick to get it out. They have never messed up once and even if they did with the service they provide, it’d be excusable. Great job

I only ordered one item, and without sour cream, yet I there was sour cream. I don't understand how thats so hard to do. The lady in the drive thru was yelling when I was at the window and everyone in there was moving so slow. They also didn't give me receipt. Quality at this store is all around lacking.

I usually don't have an issue with this Taco Bell. But today I ordered a power bowl with steak and I specifically ordered steak because I'm allergic to chicken. I was given a power bowl with maybe 5 pieces of steak on top of a pile of grilled chicken. None of the employees said anything about being low on steak and that my order would be wrong. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't be going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon.Dietary restrictions: They have options. But they don't care and won't follow instructions

It's Taco Bell, what do you expect? It's clean. They're fast, polite and have never gotten the order wrong. Tiny one-way parking lot makes things difficult.
If I request and pay for extra cheese, rice, sauce etc…. Then I expect it. Unfortunately they didn’t satisfy that. Also The decor makes space feel really cramped. Customer service not the best. I really like the tacobell near the winco here in marysville. Recommend everyone to go to that one!

This was a poor experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody bid me a good day or even a thank you for coming in when I left. This has such an impersonal atmosphere. The only thing anybody said to me was that now you are required to place your orders at a computer kiosk. You can only interact with a person if you are picking up and need to ask a question. There is no real customer service to speak of at all anymore.The attempt at Christmas decorations on the interior is a nice thought but the way they went about doing it makes the interior feel cramped and crowded. Nothing about the interior feels comforting or inviting and certainly not the employees either.If you're looking for just quick Fast Taco Bell food stick to the drive-thru. You won't get much from the interior when dining in here.Interior dining area is used for storage of overstocked items.This is not more than a drive-through stand now.
