6/10/25 @5:45pm The young lady taking orders over the phone is extremely rude. I called to place an order, my teenager son changed his order midway through, which upset the employee taking the order. Annoyed the girl Immediately asked me “okay, what are we doing??” I repeated my order, and she quickly took my name and hung up abruptly. The entire call was absolutely ridiculous, I am a customer simply trying to place an order. If the employees cannnot handle the volume, perhaps hiring someone qualified. I immediately called and canceled my order and got no response. She just hung up. I have been coming to this place for about 20 years? Never have I came across anyone so rude. I will be sure to let everyone I know my experience.
I've been going here for many years. It's my husband and my favorite teriyaki and yakisoba joint! The portions are big and everything's always delicious. The people are super nice as well.
Food is great, so is service. However, for the price of $14.59 the amount of pork teriyaki I received was not satisfactory. I only got one layer of thinly sliced meat spread over the rice 😅 Probably not going to return unless some changes are made.
I love the dragon rolls and it was delicious. I love the 🥑 it was awesome.
Ordered a normal teriyaki chicken and rice instead I got teriyaki chicken and fried rice with soggy vegetables , check your food before leaving these people don’t care never going here again
Close to my favorite haircut place
Good evening, I want to express my disappointment after visiting your establishment, specifically with the food. My family and I used to buy sushi from you regularly, but now things have gotten out of hand. The filling is half of what it used to be, the rolls are carelessly made—overall, just a huge disappointment. You must have changed the chef or something has changed, because your restaurant has dropped below average…
Great portions and impressive variety of sodas. Service was very friendly and welcoming! I would recommend
The spicy chicken was HORRIBLE! It didn't taste like teriyaki it tasted like it was spiced with Frank's Red Hot, and that's not a diss on Frank's. Along with that the portion ratio of chicken to rice was absurd. Way too much rice and a small serving of chicken. It was a to go order and it didn't include napkins or any additional teriyaki sauce. I didn't finish it and dicarded the rest in the garbage. I called back to inform them about this and the manager became combative. I will NEVER order from them again.
Average quality meat at best and a huge amount of rice.
Apparently to compensate for the quality of meat.
I guess people selling it still just need to charge what they charge for it to make the business run, and the dietary requirement of the local public just demands huge amount of calories.
I'd prefer a lesser portion of a higher quality product, but I'm not the main market.
I did not finish my meal.

Very bad service. I waited for mobile order more than 20 minutes…
Love this place been going there for years but I am very upsetting that they changed their teriyaki sauce I hate when companies have to dilute the crap out of their sauce to save a few bucks that's the whole reason why I loved this place was their sauce and so many other people feel the same way but now since it's diluted it doesn't taste the same when you have all kinds of other Teriyaki places that are not doing that to their sauce why keep coming back.
My favorite teriyaki in the area. Great location. Great food. Great people working.
Disappointed. Chicken was dry and seemed chewy. We have been eating here for multiple years and we could instantly tell it wasn’t up to par. So bummed we didn’t the usual freshness .
Good teriyaki, Seattle quality. Nice little place, great soda can selection!
It’s cool to see a yaki spot do boba, I’ll have to try it next time.
