Others seem to have good experience so I may have just gotten an off moment so take my experience posted from an objective view and not bashing.The building has easy access, and doors on two sides. Soda is included with food. Fairly clean on the inside, service was nice. But that's where the good stops, the food was freezer-burnt for two different chicken meals. While service was friendly it was very slow to get food when not busy, only us in there but they appear to do phone orders as well which may have been a factor.Garlic chicken looked overly garlic-covered so I didn't try my SO food. She said it was freezer-burnt and overcooked till it was very dry.I got the katsu chicken while juicy, not overcooked but if the meat wasn't freezer burnt it may have been passable I would not recommend it. Heavy vinegar use and chili sauce on spicy katsu that while spicy lacked any flavor but hot from spice.My partner has requested we not give it another shot so I will not be updating. I wish them luck and I may have just gotten meat left in the freezer just a tad too long.Parking: Parking lot and rear bldg access plus street side on the store frontWheelchair accessibility: Ground level sidewalk has ramps and there is lots of parking room for disability parking even if there aren't marked stalls

I have ordered from here about 5 times and everytime it gets worst and worst. Never again will I spend a single dollar with them. Horrible food and horrible customer service. In face when I called to tell her I got zero rice with my meat she hung up on me.

Food was ok. Staff was friendly. Parking was a challenge.
The food was good and the service nice. There are plenty of items on the menu I still have to try. No zombies noticed but I did see evidence of goblins in the park across the street. Should be safe in the daytime though. With entrances in front and rear you have parking options. Well worth a stop.

This place fantastic. They were jam packed so it took over an hour to get our food. But it was hot, and moist. It tasted amazing. The lady at the register was so, so kind.We are definitely coming here again. Their prices are great. Can't wait to see what they are like at slower times. Hubby and I already planned our next date there.Kid-friendliness: Everyone was more than patient with our cranky, hungry toddler.

It's not the customers fault you are understaffed,if you can't manage orders turn off uber eats and grub hub,my poor driver was waiting for over 30
