Since moving from California, I have had trouble finding great Mexican food until now. Tres Hermanos has the best service, the best atmosphere, and most importantly the best food.Highly recommend!Parking: The parking lot is frequently busy with all the different shops.Wheelchair accessibility: Location is accessible...

Food was good, but overly Americanized. Too much cheese, not enough spices. Service was very good.

Friend brought us here for dinner. I was second doubting it. Cause it was empty just about when we was there. But I give our server a high 5. Also the food was the best I had since last year. At a restaurant in eastern Washington. So thank you. I well be back for sure. ??

Won't be coming back. I usually really like this place but yesterday when we walked in no one was up front to greet us and it took about 2 mins of standing there before the woman came up front. She did not greet us or even look at us, no smile or anything she just grabbed menus and assumed we werefollowing her. She looked mad. I felt like I was putting her out by being there and almost just left. The other server was nice but it just kind of felt forced and like they wanted us to hurry up, eat and get out. The food doesn't stand out, its the same as any other mexican restaurant around here and overpriced. (I actually felt nauseated when we got home and still feeling it this morning while writing this. And seeing now how other reviews have said this place is dirty and people not washing their hands, I guess that probably explains it) $30 a person and we didn't even have drinks. $3.95 for a soda and they didnt even ask if we wanted a refill. No water brought to the table either now that I think about it. I had friends in town and was going bring them here, but Im glad they decided not to go because this would of been pretty disappointing experience for them.

Took a bite of a quesadilla and found a piece of metal in my mouth. The waiter said it was from a cleaning product, like a scouring pad. He didn't seem shocked at all and didn't apologize. He offered to make a new quesadilla only - from the same kitchen that gets metal shards in their food - he didn't offer to comp the dish or give any kind of discount, which was kind of surprising. Vibe with all the staff was pretty depressing - they all seem kind of miserable there. Other than the metal shard the food is fine, but pretty much just your basic Mexican restaurant. Not really worth the price. I'd rather pay a little more money for higher quality, fresher, less greasy Mexican food.

My experiences at Tres Hermanos have been a bit of a rollercoaster, and it's challenging to give a definitive rating. At times, the food and service have been outstanding, while on other occasions, I've left questioning whether it was worth the visit.Let's start with the positives. When Tres Hermanos gets it right, they really shine. The food, on its good days, is delicious and authentic, showcasing the flavors of Mexican cuisine. The menu is diverse, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The ambiance is pleasant, and the décor adds a nice touch to the dining experience. On the flip side, there have been visits when I've regretted stepping through the door. The inconsistency in both food quality and service is perplexing. It's not a matter of how busy the restaurant is, as it has never been crowded during my visits. Yet, there are times when the service is slow, and the food falls short of the standards I've experienced on better days. The staff's friendliness varies, which contributes to the mixed experience. Some servers go above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience, while others seem disinterested or inattentive. This inconsistency in service quality adds an unpredictable element to the overall visit. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant itself is well-designed and has a pleasant atmosphere. However, the overall experience is marred when the service and food don't align with the expectations set during previous visits. In conclusion, Tres Hermanos has the potential to be a great dining spot, but the inconsistency in both food quality and service leaves me hesitant to wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a bit of a gamble – you might have an exceptional experience, or you might leave disappointed. If they can address the inconsistency issues, Tres Hermanos could truly shine as a reliable and enjoyable dining option.
